電力營銷費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著智能電網(wǎng)在國家電網(wǎng)公司全面推行,營銷自動(dòng)化水平的提高日益重要!秶译娋W(wǎng)公司“十二五”電力營銷發(fā)展規(guī)劃》中提出“統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一建設(shè)”的原則,并把建成覆蓋公司系統(tǒng)內(nèi)直供直管用戶的“全覆蓋”,采集全部用電信息的“全采集”,全面支持電費(fèi)控制的采集系統(tǒng)的“全費(fèi)控”作為建設(shè)目標(biāo)。當(dāng)前,在電費(fèi)回收自動(dòng)化控制業(yè)務(wù)開展中還存在著諸多問題,包括用實(shí)時(shí)性要求過高、數(shù)據(jù)量過大、用戶數(shù)量過大,用戶服務(wù)要求過高等,大規(guī)模以及準(zhǔn)實(shí)時(shí)的電量電費(fèi)計(jì)算問題亟待解決。電力營銷費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)能夠全面有效提高營銷業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提升應(yīng)用效率,推動(dòng)營銷自動(dòng)化智能用電服務(wù)項(xiàng)目工程建設(shè),確保電費(fèi)全回收。電力營銷費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)包括費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用和營銷業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用兩個(gè)部分;谠撓到y(tǒng)架構(gòu)模型特點(diǎn),本文分別介紹了實(shí)時(shí)費(fèi)控應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)、“SG186”營銷業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的功能設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用,并著重針對兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際工作中的使用情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。同時(shí)結(jié)合營銷實(shí)際工作,對推廣應(yīng)用過程中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行了分析,提出改進(jìn)及功能需求建議,為日后完善該系統(tǒng)提供實(shí)踐參考。實(shí)時(shí)費(fèi)控應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)改變了傳統(tǒng)的基于本地量控策略的電費(fèi)回收控制體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)采集方式從單純電量采集向用戶側(cè)綜合數(shù)據(jù)采集的轉(zhuǎn)變,用電模式由“先用電、后交費(fèi)”向“先交費(fèi),后用電”轉(zhuǎn)變!癝G186”營銷業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)受理、費(fèi)控工單業(yè)務(wù)處理。因此,電力企業(yè)和相關(guān)電力部門應(yīng)該積極對費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行合理分析和有效應(yīng)用,使費(fèi)控業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)更好的應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代電力營銷戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the full implementation of the smart grid in the State Grid Company, the improvement of the level of marketing automation is becoming increasingly important. In the 12th Five-Year Plan for Power Marketing Development of the State Grid Company, the principle of "unified planning, unified standard, unified construction" is put forward. The construction goal is to build the "full coverage" for the direct users in the company system, to collect all the electric information, and to support the "full cost control" of the collection system for the control of electricity charges. At present, there are still many problems in the automatic control business of electricity recovery, including too high requirement of real-time, too large amount of data, too large number of users, too high requirement of user service, etc. Large-scale and quasi-real-time electricity charge calculation problems need to be solved. The electric power marketing fee control service management system can effectively improve the service quality of the marketing business, improve the application efficiency, promote the construction of the intelligent electricity service project of marketing automation, and ensure the full recovery of electricity charges. The electric power marketing cost control business management system structure includes two parts: the cost control service application and the marketing service application. Based on the characteristics of the system architecture model, this paper introduces the function design and application of the real-time cost control application system and the "SG186" marketing business application system, and focuses on the application of the two systems in practical work. At the same time, combined with the actual work of marketing, the problems in the process of popularization and application are analyzed, and suggestions for improvement and functional requirements are put forward, which will provide practical reference for perfecting the system in the future. The real-time cost control application system has changed the traditional control system of electricity charge recovery based on local quantity control strategy, and realized the change of collecting mode from pure electricity quantity collection to user side comprehensive data acquisition. The application system of "SG186" marketing business can realize the acceptance of remote fee control business and the processing of fee control work sheet business. Therefore, the electric power enterprise and the related electric power department should carry on the reasonable analysis and the effective application to the expense control service function positively, causes the expense control service management system to apply to the modern electric power marketing strategy better.
