【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國企業(yè)開始走上國際化道路,開啟了跨國營銷的進(jìn)程,在這個過程中,中國企業(yè)將會面臨多方面的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊。中國商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)的海外品牌建設(shè)同樣也會受到影響。文章通過對當(dāng)前中國商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)進(jìn)行跨國營銷的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,提出跨國營銷背景下中國商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)進(jìn)行海外品牌建設(shè)的建議:重點(diǎn)打造企業(yè)品牌文化;實(shí)施國際化市場營銷;收購海外品牌。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy, Chinese enterprises begin to take the road of internationalization and start the process of transnational marketing. In this process, Chinese enterprises will face many challenges and shocks. The overseas brand construction of Chinese trade and trade circulation enterprise will also be affected. Based on the analysis of the current domestic and international environment of transnational marketing of Chinese commercial and commercial circulation enterprises, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the overseas brand construction of China's commercial and commercial circulation enterprises under the background of transnational marketing: focus on creating enterprise brand culture; Implementation of international marketing; acquisition of overseas brands.
