中國石化(內(nèi)蒙古)易捷便利店?duì)I銷策略研究

【摘要】:近年來,加油站便利業(yè)務(wù)在國內(nèi)外范圍內(nèi),已經(jīng)成為便利店零售行業(yè)中一項(xiàng)蓬勃發(fā)展的新領(lǐng)域。中國石化在借鑒國際先進(jìn)成品油銷售企業(yè)加油站便利店業(yè)務(wù)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,大力發(fā)展加油站便利店業(yè)務(wù),形成了易捷便利店品牌。中國石化下屬內(nèi)蒙古分公司是傳統(tǒng)的成品油銷售公司,是自治區(qū)主要成品油供應(yīng)商。在當(dāng)前宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)、成品油行業(yè)經(jīng)營困難的形勢下,大力發(fā)展易捷便利店業(yè)務(wù),便利店業(yè)務(wù)從無到有,從小到大,實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展。中國石化選擇開設(shè)便利店,是時代的要求,是企業(yè)的必然選擇。但在經(jīng)營發(fā)展過程中遇到了來自內(nèi)外部諸多挑戰(zhàn)。論文以中國石化內(nèi)蒙古分公司的便利店業(yè)務(wù)為研究對象,首先闡述加油站便利店業(yè)務(wù)的研究背景、意義及國內(nèi)外便利店業(yè)務(wù)和加油站便利店業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況綜述,簡要陳述了相關(guān)理論,緊接著描述了中石化內(nèi)蒙古分公司易捷便利店業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程和特點(diǎn),并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,以及問卷調(diào)查法,通過大量詳實(shí)的經(jīng)營數(shù)據(jù),詳細(xì)總結(jié)易捷便利店業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展存在的問題,分析了問題的成因;經(jīng)過深入研究,從五個方面,提出了易捷便利店的營銷策略。最后得出結(jié)論,加油站便利店大有可為,市場潛力巨大,發(fā)展前進(jìn)廣闊。本論文希望通過深入研究易捷便利店的發(fā)展問題和對策,立意高遠(yuǎn),為中國石化內(nèi)蒙古分公司易捷便利店的發(fā)展提供良好的建議和幫助,解決長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的深層次問題,確保易捷便利店能夠長遠(yuǎn)健康持續(xù)高速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the convenience service of gas station has become a new field of rapid development in the retail industry of convenience stores at home and abroad. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of the gas station convenience store business of the international advanced oil products sales enterprise, Sinopec has vigorously developed the gas station convenience store business and formed the Eagate convenience store brand. Sinopec Inner Mongolia Branch is a traditional oil products sales company, the autonomous region's main oil suppliers. Under the situation of the new normal of macro economy and the difficult operation of the oil products industry, we should vigorously develop the convenience store business from scratch, from small to large, and realize the development by leaps and bounds. Sinopec chooses to open the convenience store, is the time request, is the enterprise inevitable choice. However, in the process of business development has encountered many challenges from the inside and outside. Taking the convenience store business of Sinopec Inner Mongolia Branch as the research object, this paper first describes the research background and significance of the convenience store business of the gas station, and summarizes the development of the convenience store business at home and abroad, as well as the development of the convenience store business at the gas station. This paper briefly describes the relevant theories, and then describes the process and characteristics of the development of the convenience store business of Sinopec Inner Mongolia Branch, and applies SWOT analysis method and questionnaire method, through a large number of detailed management data, This paper summarizes in detail the problems existing in the development of the convenience store business, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the marketing strategy of the convenience store from five aspects. Finally, the conclusion is that the gas station convenience store has great market potential and broad development. This paper hopes that through the in-depth study of the development problems and countermeasures of the convenience store, the purpose of this paper is to provide good advice and help for the development of the convenience store in Inner Mongolia Branch of Sinopec, and to solve the deep-seated problem of the long-term development. To ensure the long-term healthy and rapid development of Eagate convenience store.
