【摘要】：20世紀初,企業(yè)社會責任理念產(chǎn)生于西方資本主義國家。和西方國家相比,我國企業(yè)社會責任研究起步較晚。但自2006年以來,在我國政府積極推動下,其進入了快速發(fā)展階段。截至2014年末,全國已有1526家企業(yè)發(fā)布了企業(yè)社會責任報告。許多企業(yè)都建立了社會責任部門,將社會責任納入企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理之中。A商場作為DS集團的全資子公司,是鞍山地區(qū)“面積最大、檔次最高、功能最全、品牌最多的一站式精品百貨店”。本文選取A商場作為研究對象,對其企業(yè)社會責任的履行情況進行了案例研究。本文首先對A商場履行企業(yè)社會責任的現(xiàn)狀進行了較為詳細的闡述,在業(yè)績增長、誠信經(jīng)營、安全生產(chǎn)、員工權益保護、消費者權益保護、綠色營銷、低碳零售、節(jié)能減排、公益捐贈等九大方面,對其進行了分析。然后以《中國企業(yè)社會責任評價標準》作為理論評價標準,從法律道德、質(zhì)量安全、誠實守信、消費者權益、員工權益、能源環(huán)境、和諧社區(qū)、責任管理等方面總結(jié)分析了A商場履行企業(yè)社會責任獲得的經(jīng)驗,找出了其存在的不足并給出了合理的建議。本文旨在為其他企業(yè)樹立良好榜樣,尤其是為其他零售企業(yè)提出可以參考的模板,從總體上提升我國零售業(yè)的企業(yè)社會責任水平,進而促進當?shù)厣鐣慕?jīng)濟發(fā)展,推動構建和諧社會。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20 th century, the concept of corporate social responsibility emerged from western capitalist countries.Compared with the western countries, the research of corporate social responsibility in China started relatively late.But since 2006, under the active promotion of our government, it has entered the stage of rapid development.By the end of 2014, 1526 enterprises in China had issued CSR reports.Many enterprises have set up social responsibility departments. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of DS Group, a shopping mall has incorporated social responsibility into the strategic management of enterprises. It is the largest area, the highest grade, and the most complete function in Anshan area.The most famous one-stop boutique department store "."In this paper, A shopping mall is selected as the research object, and a case study on the performance of corporate social responsibility is carried out.In this paper, the current situation of corporate social responsibility in A shopping mall is described in detail, such as performance growth, integrity management, production safety, employee rights protection, consumer rights protection, green marketing, low carbon retail, energy saving and emission reduction.Nine major aspects, such as public donations, are analyzed.Then take "China Enterprise Social responsibility Evaluation Standard" as the theoretical evaluation standard, from the legal ethics, quality safety, honesty and trustworthiness, consumer rights and interests, employee rights and interests, energy environment, harmonious community,This paper summarizes and analyzes the experience gained from the implementation of corporate social responsibility in A shopping mall, finds out its shortcomings and gives some reasonable suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to set a good example for other enterprises, especially to put forward a model for other retail enterprises, so as to improve the level of corporate social responsibility of retail industry in China, and then promote the economic development of local society.To promote the construction of a harmonious society.
