【摘要】：隨著國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司"三集五大"體制改革和"一型五化"大營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系的建設(shè),各省公司計(jì)量資產(chǎn)的集中集約管理已成為計(jì)量中心的核心業(yè)務(wù),全壽命周期管理是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的最佳途徑。由于計(jì)量資產(chǎn)具有數(shù)量龐大、單價(jià)低、使用面廣、易更換的特點(diǎn),并且直接涉及國(guó)計(jì)民生、和諧穩(wěn)定等社會(huì)因素,因此質(zhì)量管理是計(jì)量資產(chǎn)全壽命周期管理的核心。文章圍繞這一核心開(kāi)展了計(jì)量資產(chǎn)周期管理的分析評(píng)價(jià)模型研究,并設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),闡述了系統(tǒng)功能和應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:With the reform of State Grid Company's "three sets and five major" system and the construction of "one type five" marketing system, the centralized and intensive management of provincial companies' metering assets has become the core business of the measurement center.Life cycle management is the best way to achieve this goal.Because of the characteristics of large quantity, low unit price, wide use, easy to change, and directly related to the national economy and people's livelihood, harmonious and stable social factors, quality management is the core of life cycle management of measured assets.This paper studies the analysis and evaluation model of the measurement asset cycle management around this core, designs the system structure, and expounds the system function and application.
