【摘要】:湖南“紅三角”作為湖南紅色旅游的龍頭產(chǎn)業(yè)收到社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注,大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,也讓越來(lái)越多的紅色旅游者通過(guò)網(wǎng)上搜索旅游信息來(lái)輔助決策,在網(wǎng)上留下大量的搜索痕跡,就是我們常說(shuō)的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度”。本文收集湖南“紅三角”整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度及其他相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),利用季節(jié)性強(qiáng)度指數(shù)和重心模型、地理集中度指數(shù)等方法,分析其時(shí)空分布特征及形成機(jī)理,構(gòu)建相關(guān)模型,分析各影響因素的邊際效應(yīng),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)受氣候、節(jié)假日、重大事件等因素的影響,以天為單位湖南“紅三角”整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度年內(nèi)時(shí)間變化呈鋸齒狀多峰形;以月為單位湖南“紅三角”整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度年內(nèi)時(shí)間變化呈山嶺型,PC和移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度變化存在反向相關(guān)的關(guān)系,且PC網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度季節(jié)性差異相對(duì)較小;普通周周內(nèi),整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度變化規(guī)律性不強(qiáng),春節(jié)和十一黃金周周內(nèi),整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度均存在較強(qiáng)的規(guī)律性,峰值均出現(xiàn)在假期開始后的第三天。(2)整體、PC、移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度空間分布均主要受到空間距離、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、受教育程度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)普及狀況等因素的影響,距“紅三角”地區(qū)較近和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較高的省區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度較多,大致以湖南為中心,向外逐步減少。依據(jù)地理集中度指數(shù)計(jì)算可知,PC網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度較移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度空間分布更為集中。各月PC與移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度重心變化存在較大差異。(3)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代的為景區(qū)管理者提供便利,有效利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度信息可以促使景區(qū)管理高效化。同時(shí),抓住PC和移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)注度兩者在時(shí)空特征方面的差異,可以有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行差異化營(yíng)銷,提高營(yíng)銷宣傳的效益。其次,游客對(duì)停留時(shí)間的感知強(qiáng)烈,促進(jìn)旅游交通的提升優(yōu)化有助于增加游客的旅游時(shí)間,加大景區(qū)效益。
[Abstract]:Hunan's "Red Triangle", as the leading industry of Hunan's red tourism, has received extensive attention from all walks of life. With the advent of big data's era, more and more red tourists are making decisions by searching for tourism information on the Internet. Leaving a lot of search marks on the Internet is what we often call "network attention." this paper collects the overall PC of Hunan's "Red Triangle", mobile network attention and other relevant data, and uses the seasonal intensity index and the barycenter model. By means of geographical concentration index and other methods, this paper analyzes its space-time distribution characteristics and formation mechanism, constructs relevant models, and analyzes the marginal effects of various influencing factors. The results show that: 1) is influenced by climate, holidays, major events and other factors. With the "Red Triangle" of Hunan Province as a whole, the time change of mobile network attention is serrated and multi-peak. Taking the month as the unit of Hunan "Red Triangle" as a whole, the time change of mobile network attention shows a reverse correlation with the change of mobile network attention, and the seasonal difference of PC network attention is relatively small; during the ordinary week, there is a reverse correlation between the mobile network attention degree and the mobile network attention degree change, and the seasonal difference of the PC network attention degree is relatively small. Overall PC, mobile network attention changes are not strong regularity, during the Spring Festival and the November Golden week, the overall PC, mobile network attention has a strong regularity. The peak value appeared on the third day after the holiday.) the overall distribution of mobile network attention was mainly affected by the spatial distance, the level of economic development, the level of education, the status of network popularization, and so on. Those provinces and regions that are close to the "Red Triangle" and have a higher level of economic development pay more attention to the network, with Hunan as the center. According to the geographical concentration index calculation, PC network attention is more concentrated than mobile network attention spatial distribution. There is a big difference between PC and mobile network attention center change in every month. To provide facilities for scenic spot managers in the 1900s, The effective use of network attention information can promote the high efficiency of scenic spot management. At the same time, by grasping the difference between PC and mobile network attention in space-time characteristics, we can carry out differentiated marketing in a targeted way. Secondly, the tourists have a strong sense of stay time, and the promotion of tourism traffic optimization is helpful to increase the tourist travel time and increase the efficiency of scenic spots.
