STE公司在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)背景下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)歷了2008、2012兩次全球性金融危機(jī)的沖擊之后,物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景持續(xù)低迷。在新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體不斷強(qiáng)調(diào)“簡政放權(quán)和對外開放”的背景下,2013年9月29日,中國上海自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)在萬眾矚目與期待中橫空出世。在新的外部環(huán)境下,STE公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略亟需調(diào)整。本文運(yùn)用了PEST分析法、波特五力模型分析法以及SWOT分析法等戰(zhàn)略分析工具對STE公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,總結(jié)出了STE公司在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)背景下內(nèi)外部環(huán)境面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。而后構(gòu)建分析矩陣,通過不同內(nèi)外部條件下的戰(zhàn)略匹配確定了公司將選擇SO(優(yōu)勢-機(jī)會(huì))發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在近期利用公司現(xiàn)有的優(yōu)勢資源鞏固好核心業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目,拓展客戶群體,以進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大市場份額,同時(shí),推進(jìn)信息化建設(shè)和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè);在中期,通過先進(jìn)的信息系統(tǒng)和優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)新能力實(shí)現(xiàn)多元化發(fā)展,拓展新業(yè)務(wù),開展增值服務(wù),進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競爭力;在長期與馬士基、外代等行業(yè)佼佼者建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟,通過優(yōu)勢資源的互補(bǔ)和共享公司最終發(fā)展為綜合物流行業(yè)唯一的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。本文還運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理理論對公司的競爭戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析,得出應(yīng)當(dāng)采取總成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略和海運(yùn)電子訂艙平臺(tái)的集中化戰(zhàn)略;在公司層和業(yè)務(wù)層戰(zhàn)略確定之后,從市場營銷、運(yùn)營管理和人力資源三個(gè)方面構(gòu)建了STE公司的職能層戰(zhàn)略,最后介紹了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施步驟及保障措施。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于將傳統(tǒng)的SWOT分析賦予數(shù)值并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,并在STE公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究上結(jié)合上海自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)的成立這一因素,充分體現(xiàn)了“任何企業(yè)的發(fā)展都要緊貼時(shí)代背景”這一與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的發(fā)展理念。
[Abstract]:After the impact of two global financial crises in 2008 and 2012, the development prospects of the logistics industry continued to be depressed. In the context of the new leadership's constant emphasis on "decentralization and opening to the outside world," on September 29, 2013, The free trade test area of Shanghai, China, was born with great attention and expectation. Under the new external environment, the development strategy of STE is in urgent need of adjustment. In this paper, the PEST analysis method is used. The paper analyzes the internal and external environment of STE Company in detail, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment faced by STE Company under the background of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Then the analysis matrix is constructed, and through the strategic matching under different internal and external conditions, the company will choose the SO-opportunity development strategy. In the near future, the company will make use of the company's existing advantage resources to consolidate the core business projects. Expand the customer base to further expand market share, at the same time, promote information construction and business innovation capacity building; in the medium term, through advanced information systems and excellent innovation capabilities to achieve diversified development, expand new business, Develop value-added services to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; establish strategic alliances with Maersk, Outsourcing and other industry leaders in the long run, Through the complementary advantage of resources and the sharing of the company to develop into the only leader in the integrated logistics industry. This paper also uses the theory of strategic management to analyze the competitive strategy of the company. It is concluded that the overall cost leading strategy and the centralized strategy of marine electronic booking platform should be adopted. After the company and business level strategy is determined, the functional strategy of STE company is constructed from three aspects: marketing, operation management and human resources. Finally, the paper introduces the implementation steps and safeguard measures of the company's development strategy. The innovation of this paper is that the traditional SWOT analysis is assigned to the numerical value and the data processing is carried out. Combined with the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Test Zone, the development strategy research of STE Company fully embodies the development concept of "any enterprise should keep up with the background of the times".
