【摘要】：近年來,隨著電網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,對電力的需求不斷增加,建設(shè)可以提供電網(wǎng)電力市場正常運(yùn)行的服務(wù),及時(shí)了解電力用戶用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)已成為電力部門的必然選擇。因此,電力采集計(jì)量管理系統(tǒng),可以打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)為提高客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量和準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)費(fèi),并與電力營銷業(yè)務(wù)一同發(fā)展,除了需要電能信息采集與數(shù)據(jù)分析,還必須具有良好的開放性和靈活性的基本功能,數(shù)據(jù)和資源,可以與其他業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)共享,為客戶提供了電力公司的業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作和管理決策提供技術(shù)支持。本文針對義電力采集計(jì)量管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用展開研究,對目前國內(nèi)外同類電力采集計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、居民集中抄表系統(tǒng)等電力采集系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)新型電力采集計(jì)量管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)采用Java技術(shù)、Web技術(shù)等對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研發(fā),并做了詳細(xì)的介紹。本次研發(fā)完成了計(jì)量資產(chǎn)管理模塊、計(jì)量點(diǎn)管理功能模塊、計(jì)量公共查詢模塊及計(jì)量輔助功能模塊,最終成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力采集計(jì)量管理系統(tǒng)。電力采集計(jì)量管理系統(tǒng)符合電力部門用電的相關(guān)要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了與其他系統(tǒng)間的數(shù)據(jù)共享,達(dá)到了日常工作的可管理性與業(yè)務(wù)流程的可控性要求,可大力推廣。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of power network business and the increasing demand for power, construction can provide the normal operation of power grid power market services. It has become an inevitable choice for the electric power department to know the status of the electric power user information collection system in time. Therefore, the electric power collection and metering management system can lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of customer service and accurate billing. And with the development of power marketing business, in addition to the need for power information collection and data analysis, but also must have a good openness and flexibility of the basic functions, data and resources, can be shared with other business systems, It provides technical support for the business operation and management decision of the electric power company. In this paper, the realization and application of the electric power collection and measurement management system are studied, and the same kind of electric power collection and measurement system at home and abroad is studied in this paper. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the electric power acquisition system such as the resident centralized meter reading system, a new electric power acquisition and metering management system is designed. The system is researched and developed by using Java technology and web technology. This research and development has completed the measurement asset management module, the measurement point management function module, the measurement public inquiry module and the measurement auxiliary function module, Finally, the electric power collection and metering management system is successfully realized. The electric power collection and metering management system conforms to the relevant requirements of the electric power department, and realizes the data sharing with other systems. Meet the management of daily work and business process controllability requirements, can be vigorously promoted.
