【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,IT技術(shù)也廣泛應(yīng)用于各個(gè)行業(yè)及領(lǐng)域。每天大量的信息充斥著各行各業(yè)。公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)自然也離不開(kāi)信息化的處理及應(yīng)用,對(duì)于如何提高企業(yè)的運(yùn)行效率和管理效益,各家公司都有著自己獨(dú)特的方法。然而,對(duì)于以銷(xiāo)售為主的各類(lèi)企業(yè),尤其是通信行業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售如何把信息產(chǎn)品有效地、快捷地、時(shí)效地銷(xiāo)售給客戶(hù),這將會(huì)使企業(yè)趨于本行業(yè)的翹楚的地位。 傳統(tǒng)的ERP系統(tǒng)主要是面向企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的,,傳統(tǒng)的銷(xiāo)售管理系統(tǒng)都是基于web管理系統(tǒng),大量的銷(xiāo)售人員在終端工作的時(shí)候需要帶上筆和紙做現(xiàn)場(chǎng)記錄,然后回到電腦進(jìn)行相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的錄入。最后才能生成報(bào)表發(fā)送給管理者。即使后期可以帶筆記本電腦進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)辦公,但是還是存在重復(fù)工作的現(xiàn)象,極大的浪費(fèi)而時(shí)間,降低了工作效率。原有的管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)上缺少自由、靈活性;對(duì)于多變的業(yè)務(wù)需求、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要求不能很好地做出正確的、及時(shí)的、回饋和反應(yīng)。那么怎樣才能解決移動(dòng)信息管理各個(gè)平臺(tái)之間的無(wú)縫整合?怎樣解決現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的可動(dòng)態(tài)的、重新架構(gòu)、流程優(yōu)化調(diào)整?這是我們所要接受的一項(xiàng)新的任務(wù)。 為了解決現(xiàn)在企業(yè)使用的ERP系統(tǒng)不能與其他的渠道分銷(xiāo)商、商品供貨商統(tǒng)一集成的問(wèn)題,架構(gòu)專(zhuān)家提出了用面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)的ERP體系結(jié)構(gòu)替代原有的架構(gòu)。從而能夠在不同的Web平臺(tái)上自由的轉(zhuǎn)換、使建立該平臺(tái)上的ERP系統(tǒng)更具有可擴(kuò)展性、易用性。通過(guò)重新架構(gòu)和布局ERP管理系統(tǒng),使得分銷(xiāo)管理平臺(tái)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用程序需要根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的需要變得更加靈活,以適應(yīng)不斷變化的環(huán)境. 基于之前的種種問(wèn)題,本文結(jié)合省公司現(xiàn)有信息管理系統(tǒng)的不足,在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)了基于SOA架構(gòu)的ERP銷(xiāo)售管理系統(tǒng)。開(kāi)發(fā)前期本人通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)研各個(gè)營(yíng)業(yè)廳、銷(xiāo)售終端商、產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商的實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合移動(dòng)本身的銷(xiāo)售特點(diǎn)及銷(xiāo)售渠道,為下一步系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)做出充分準(zhǔn)備。目前該系統(tǒng)的完成可以使經(jīng)常改變的政策、業(yè)務(wù)級(jí)別、業(yè)務(wù)重點(diǎn)、合作伙伴(主要指供應(yīng)商、終端零售商)關(guān)系、行業(yè)地位等一系列資源管理變得更加清晰化、可操作性強(qiáng)、高效率地工作流程等。通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)工作內(nèi)容更新,及時(shí)的工作內(nèi)容匯報(bào),讓銷(xiāo)售能夠清楚的知道自己的工作內(nèi)容,并且通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)功能展現(xiàn)銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容,即團(tuán)購(gòu)信息、特價(jià)活動(dòng)的時(shí)間、機(jī)型、數(shù)量;訂貨會(huì)等相關(guān)信息,讓管理者能夠在第一時(shí)間檢查工作成效,提出改進(jìn)方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)工作的無(wú)縫隙對(duì)接,極大的提高了銷(xiāo)售人員的工作效率。由于銷(xiāo)售終端的人員十分龐大,未來(lái)管理這些銷(xiāo)售人員肯定會(huì)依據(jù)現(xiàn)代化的管理系統(tǒng),移動(dòng)銷(xiāo)售管理系統(tǒng)的市場(chǎng)十分廣闊,21世紀(jì)是4G的時(shí)代,也是移動(dòng)銷(xiāo)售管理系統(tǒng)崛起的時(shí)代。開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程和運(yùn)行效果表明,引入SOA架構(gòu)下的ERP信息管理可以縮短開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)間和提高軟件系統(tǒng)靈活度,也提高了開(kāi)發(fā)的靈活性,并且便于和其它系統(tǒng)或模塊集成。 本文重點(diǎn)研究了基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。本人主要工作如下: 1.總結(jié)了目前ERP系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)內(nèi)外的ERP使用情況,在傳統(tǒng)的ERP系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下引入基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)所具有的優(yōu)點(diǎn),提出基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。以J2EE開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),Oracle為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),運(yùn)用Web Service技術(shù)、Ajax、JavaScript完成了基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了賬單、訂單、用戶(hù)資料、銷(xiāo)售數(shù)量、活動(dòng)時(shí)間、特價(jià)商品的時(shí)時(shí)更新。為運(yùn)營(yíng)商、供貨商、零售商提供了便利條件。解決了原有系統(tǒng)中不能信息共享、資源共享、資源統(tǒng)一配置等陳舊問(wèn)題。 2.介紹基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)所需具備的理論和技術(shù),其中包括SOA的原理和ERP系統(tǒng)原理。 3.進(jìn)行基于SOA的ERP分銷(xiāo)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),包括需求分析、功能結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì)等。從系統(tǒng)性能需求、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行環(huán)境、接口參數(shù)、功能需求上做出了詳細(xì)分析,從而為該項(xiàng)目的開(kāi)發(fā)提供了有利條件。 4.本人參與了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目中的三個(gè)子模塊的初步開(kāi)發(fā)工作。設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了團(tuán)購(gòu)管理、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)管理、訂貨管理三大模塊功能。作為以銷(xiāo)售為主的管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)以上三個(gè)模塊就基本完成了對(duì)產(chǎn)品的供貨、審核、發(fā)貨、購(gòu)買(mǎi)、零售的統(tǒng)一實(shí)現(xiàn)。節(jié)省了時(shí)間上的繁瑣工作,并且對(duì)于大量的產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售過(guò)程的物流信息跟蹤、銷(xiāo)售情況、賬單統(tǒng)計(jì)都實(shí)現(xiàn)了時(shí)時(shí)更新統(tǒng)計(jì)。使有關(guān)銷(xiāo)售的企業(yè)商家能夠更清楚地了解到自己的相關(guān)信息,以便更好的與合作商溝通與協(xié)調(diào)。

However, for mainly to sales of various types of enterprises, especially the communications industry product sales information products how to effectively and quickly, the limitation of sales to customers, which will make the industry leading enterprises tend to position.
The traditional ERP system is mainly for internal management, the traditional sales management system is a management system based on Web, a large number of sales staff need to take a pen and paper record on the spot when the computer terminal, and then back to the relevant data entry. Finally can generate reports sent to the manager. Even later you can take a notebook computer on-site office, but there are still repeated work of the phenomenon, a great waste of time, reduced work efficiency. Management system based on the structure of the original lack of freedom, flexibility; for changing business needs, industry competition can not very well make the correct, timely, feedback and response. How to solve the seamless integration between the various mobile information management platform? How to solve the existing system can be dynamic, re structure, process optimization and adjustment of this is we? A new task to be accepted.
In order to solve the present ERP system can not use enterprise with other channel distributors, commodity supplier integration problems, architecture experts proposed to use ERP architecture service oriented architecture to replace the original architecture. In order to convert Web on different platforms, the establishment of ERP system on this platform has more scalability that is easy to use. Through the re structure and layout of the ERP management system, the distribution management platform for business applications according to the business needs to become more flexible to adapt to the changing environment.
Based on the problems before, according to the shortcomings of the current information management system of the company, on the basis of the development of ERP sales management system based on SOA architecture. The early development of himself through the actual investigation of each business, sales terminal operators, the actual situation of product suppliers, combined with the characteristics of mobile sales and sales channels to make full preparation for itself. The next step for the development of the system. At present, this system can make frequent changes of policy, service level, business focus, partners (mainly suppliers, terminal retailers), the status of the industry and a series of resource management becomes more and more clear, strong operability, high efficiency work processes. Through the real-time work update, timely reporting, so that sales can clearly see the contents of their work, and through the real-time function show sales activities, namely, group purchase Special offer information, activity time, type, number of orders; and other related information, so that managers can work for the first time to check the results, put forward the improvement scheme, realize seamless docking, greatly improve the efficiency of the sales staff. The development process and operation effect, the introduction of ERP information management under the SOA framework can shorten development time and improve the system flexibility, but also improve the flexibility of development, and for other systems or modules.
This paper focuses on the research of the ERP distribution management system platform based on SOA. The main work of this platform is as follows:
1. summarizes the current research status of ERP system and the usage of ERP, the advantages of SOA ERP distribution management system based on the operation mode of ERP system is introduced in the development trend of the tradition, proposes the design and implementation of the SOA ERP distribution management system based on. J2EE platform, Oracle as the background database, the use of Web Service, Ajax, JavaScript to complete the SOA ERP distribution management system software based on the design and development. The bills, orders, user information, sales amount, activity time, special offer commodity update. For operators, suppliers and retailers to provide convenient conditions. Can not solve the information sharing, the original system the sharing of resources, unified resource allocation etc. old problems.
2. introduce the theory and technology needed for the development of ERP distribution management system based on SOA, including the principle of SOA and the principle of ERP system.
3. design of SOA ERP based on the distribution management system, including requirement analysis, function structure and database logical design. From the system performance requirements, system operation environment and interface parameters, functional requirements and made a detailed analysis, so as to provide favorable conditions for the development of the project.
4. I participated in the initial development of three sub modules in whole project. The design and implementation of group purchase management, marketing management, order management functions of the three modules. As the system platform management mainly to sales, to achieve the above three modules basically completed the product supply, audit, purchase, delivery, retail the implementation of unified.
