【摘要】:當(dāng)今時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展使得企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,各式各樣的網(wǎng)絡(luò)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)井噴式涌現(xiàn)。尤其是社會(huì)化媒體,這種依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行信息的傳播與獲取的新興媒體的出現(xiàn),為企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)創(chuàng)新提供了新的契機(jī)。彌補(bǔ)了其他傳統(tǒng)媒體的不足,社會(huì)化媒體新增了透明度極高、互動(dòng)性和社交性極強(qiáng)的大優(yōu)點(diǎn),正是這些天然屬性的存在,給廣大網(wǎng)民用戶帶來(lái)了新的體驗(yàn)和便捷,越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始主動(dòng)去了解社會(huì)化媒體,并利用它發(fā)表自己的意見(jiàn)和看法、傳播和分享他人的信息或獲取有價(jià)值的資源,廣大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶們?cè)谔摂M網(wǎng)絡(luò)里建立起的微妙的層出不窮的關(guān)系并以極快的人們所想象不到的速度擴(kuò)散著。信息技術(shù)進(jìn)步使得社會(huì)化媒體的推廣和使用的遍及全球。推特、臉書(shū)、騰訊QQ空間、微博、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、博客等功能性極強(qiáng)的社會(huì)化媒體層出不窮。社會(huì)化媒體慢慢地影響并深入到每一個(gè)人的生活。面對(duì)著日益膨脹的社會(huì)化媒體使用群體,企業(yè)應(yīng)擦亮眼睛,抓住這一新的商機(jī),看清利用依托于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的社會(huì)化開(kāi)展?fàn)I銷(xiāo)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)已成為時(shí)代發(fā)展的潮流,順應(yīng)時(shí)代便有可能更換血液,重獲新生,反之,則會(huì)被時(shí)代所摒棄。在中國(guó),社會(huì)化媒體引起了方方面面的重視,各行各業(yè)都開(kāi)始朝氣開(kāi)展社會(huì)化媒體營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)。從國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌小米創(chuàng)造的一個(gè)又一個(gè)銷(xiāo)售高峰我們可以看到利用社會(huì)化媒體進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的巨大魔力。本篇論文就是要從理論和實(shí)踐成果兩方面入手,總結(jié)社會(huì)化媒體營(yíng)銷(xiāo)創(chuàng)新的模式,并利用小米的成功案例對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,最后提出總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of network technology, the marketing activities of enterprises are facing new development opportunities, and all kinds of network marketing activities are popping up, especially social media. The emergence of this new media, which relies on the Internet to spread and obtain information, has provided a new opportunity for enterprises to innovate in marketing. It has made up for the shortcomings of other traditional media, and social media has added a very high degree of transparency. It is the existence of these natural attributes that brings new experiences and convenience to the vast number of Internet users. More and more people begin to take the initiative to understand social media.
