【摘要】：從跨系統(tǒng)圖書館聯(lián)盟運作營銷之視角,分析臺灣"全國文獻(xiàn)傳遞服務(wù)系統(tǒng)"(NDDS)與臺灣"全國學(xué)術(shù)電子資訊資源共享聯(lián)盟"(Con CERT)管理模式、服務(wù)項目、運作特點等。在此基礎(chǔ)上得出聯(lián)盟發(fā)展需要以共同利益優(yōu)先、引入先進(jìn)管理技術(shù)、創(chuàng)建資源共享環(huán)境良性循環(huán)、創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟合作方式,將跨專業(yè)領(lǐng)域理論應(yīng)用于實踐等啟示。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of operation and marketing of cross-system library alliance, this paper analyzes the management mode and service items of Taiwan's "National document delivery Service system" and "National academic Electronic Information Resource sharing Alliance" (Con CERT). On the basis of this, the author draws the conclusion that the development of alliance needs to give priority to common interests, to introduce advanced management technology, to create a virtuous circle of resources sharing environment, to innovate the cooperative mode of alliance, and to apply the theory of cross-specialty fields to practice.
