【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,供電企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為電網(wǎng)的重要成分。然后機(jī)會(huì)和挑戰(zhàn)是并存的,面對(duì)新時(shí)期的調(diào)整,如何降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、提高管理水平,增高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為了當(dāng)務(wù)之急。而如何加強(qiáng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)現(xiàn)代化是一個(gè)行業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力和提高社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的辦法。計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)建設(shè)是加快供電企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)方案。論文就是針對(duì)電力公司電力業(yè)務(wù)提出的管理系統(tǒng),主要功能包括：業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝管理、電量電費(fèi)管理、用電檢查管理、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理、客戶服務(wù)管理。論文介紹了電力公司電力業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括業(yè)擴(kuò)報(bào)裝管理、電量電費(fèi)管理、用電檢查管理、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理、客戶服務(wù)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the market economy, power supply enterprises have become an important component of the power grid. Then opportunities and challenges coexist. In the face of the adjustment in the new period, how to reduce operating costs and improve the management level, How to strengthen the modernization of marketing is the motive force of the development of an industry and the way to improve the competitiveness of society. The marketing construction of computer system is a scheme to speed up the development of power supply enterprises. This paper is aimed at the management system proposed by electric power company. The main functions include: business expansion management, electricity charge management, electricity inspection management, marketing management, customer service management. The significance of the project and the current status of research and application, clear the content and main work of the paper, in the business analysis, the paper analyzes the existing problems of the system, the organization, the original business process, etc. In the function analysis, the function of the system is clarified through use case analysis and use case description, and the overall function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including the management of industry expansion, electricity charge management. In the data analysis, the paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class relation diagram, and establishes the database table structure. Finally, the research and analysis work is summarized, and the further work is prospected.
