【摘要】：HGD公司作為國家廣電總局和河北省政府授權的河北地區(qū)唯一合法有線電視運營商,在“三網(wǎng)融合”以及“文化強省”的大背景下,開始從單一的有線傳輸運營商向綜合性信息服務運營商轉型,并取得了較好的業(yè)績。但激烈的市場競爭和企業(yè)內(nèi)部長期形成的行政化管理傾向,造成很多復雜的問題制約著HGD公司的發(fā)展,如:體制性障礙依然存在、核心技術缺乏、服務理念特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維亟待轉換、現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理架構還不完善、網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下互動的營銷平臺還未建立等等。因此對HGD公司的分析研究是十分必要的,有助于HGD公司探索出適合自己的獨特發(fā)展道路。本文首先對HGD公司的發(fā)展背景、發(fā)展歷程及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹和分析,又對美國有線電視運營商康卡斯特、北京歌華、杭州華數(shù)、陜西廣電網(wǎng)絡等相關業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)成功經(jīng)驗進行了對比分析,然后運用SWOT分析方法對HGD公司自身的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,外部環(huán)境的機遇和威脅進行了研究。最后,本文提出了HGD公司對內(nèi)實施三項升級,對外推進三項轉型的發(fā)展策略,并給出了HGD公司發(fā)展策略實施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:HGD authorized as SARFT and the Hebei provincial government in Hebei as the sole legitimate cable operators in the "triple play" and the background of "cultural province", began the transition from a single cable transmission operator to comprehensive information service operators, and achieved good results. But the fierce competition in the market and the formation of long-term internal administrative tendency, causing many complicated problems restricting the development of HGD company, such as: institutional barriers still exist, the lack of core technology, especially the Internet service concept thinking needs to transform, modern enterprise management structure is not perfect, online interactive marketing platform has not been established so the analysis and research of HGD is very necessary, help HGD company to explore for a unique development of their own way. Firstly, the development background of HGD company, Introduces and analyzes the development and the present situation, the U.S. cable operators Kang Custer, Beijing Gehua, Hangzhou, China, the successful experience of Shaanxi radio and television networks and other related enterprises in the industry are analyzed, and then use the SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the HGD company's external environment, opportunities and threats of finally, this paper puts forward HGD company implement three upgrade, promote the development of foreign strategy three transformation, and gives the security measures for the implementation of the development strategy of HGD company.
