【摘要】:隨著高等教育的發(fā)展,各高校大規(guī)模擴(kuò)招,畢業(yè)生人數(shù)逐年增加,大批大學(xué)畢業(yè)生涌入人才市場(chǎng),在給社會(huì)注入新鮮力量的同時(shí),就業(yè)難也成為社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注、政府高度重視的問(wèn)題。面對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展需求,對(duì)共青團(tuán)組織促進(jìn)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究,具有重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。本文以T市共青團(tuán)促進(jìn)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)策略為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等理論,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和案例分析法,在對(duì)“問(wèn)卷星”等開(kāi)放性網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷平臺(tái)回收的3791份有效調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行分析,轄區(qū)內(nèi)高�;鶎訄F(tuán)組織進(jìn)行定向調(diào)查和重點(diǎn)了解創(chuàng)業(yè)成功典型的基礎(chǔ)上,分析T市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)影響因素,同時(shí)運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)條件進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)限制大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的能力、生產(chǎn)要素、優(yōu)惠政策等方面問(wèn)題。為此,根據(jù)非營(yíng)利組織營(yíng)銷(xiāo)理論,從“T市共青團(tuán)”營(yíng)銷(xiāo)“創(chuàng)業(yè)”的視角,進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)細(xì)分、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇和市場(chǎng)定位,從產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格、渠道、促銷(xiāo)四個(gè)方面提出營(yíng)銷(xiāo)組合策略,并給出促進(jìn)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)施的保障措施。這些,對(duì)T市大學(xué)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)具有指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)其他地區(qū)的創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)也有借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education, the number of graduates increases year by year, and a large number of college graduates pour into the talent market. At the same time, the difficulty of obtaining employment has become a general concern of the society. Facing the development demand of our country, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for the research of the Communist Youth League to promote the university graduates' entrepreneurship. This paper takes the strategy of promoting university graduates' entrepreneurship in T City as the research object. According to the theories of strategic management and marketing, and drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey and case analysis, Based on the analysis of 3791 effective questionnaires collected from the open network questionnaire platform, such as "questionnaire star", and the targeted investigation conducted by the grass-roots group organizations in colleges and universities in the area of jurisdiction, and on the basis of the emphasis on understanding the typical success of entrepreneurship, This paper analyzes the influencing factors of university graduates' entrepreneurship in T City, and analyzes the entrepreneurial conditions of university graduates by using SWOT analysis method, and finds out the problems in limiting the ability, production factors and preferential policies of university graduates to start their own businesses. According to the marketing theory of non-profit organizations, from the perspective of marketing "entrepreneurship" of "T City Communist Youth League", this paper carries out market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning, and puts forward the marketing combination strategy from four aspects: product, price, channel and promotion. The paper also gives the guarantee measures to promote the implementation of university graduates' entrepreneurship, which is of guiding significance to the entrepreneurship of university graduates in T City, and also has reference value to the guidance of entrepreneurship in other regions.
