【摘要】：隨著我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟的日益發(fā)展,越來越多的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司成立。電子商務在我國發(fā)展方興未艾,其中基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的平臺類企業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,自從微信誕生并被廣泛使用以來,很多企業(yè)利用微信這一社交平臺進行商業(yè)化運作,在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、營銷渠道打造、客戶關系維護方面都取得了不錯的效果,同時也存在著人力、技術、渠道等方面的問題。本文主要對SD微信商業(yè)平臺(SD公司)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行研究。文章在相關理論研究的基礎上,充分分析SD微信商業(yè)頻臺的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,并通過對其價值鏈進行分析。從而對SD微信商業(yè)平臺的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行構建,提出了基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景的擴張型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為了豐富論述,文章深入分析了我國相似企業(yè)“你我辣媽”公司的案例,為給SD微信商業(yè)平臺的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施提供實證借鑒。接下來,文章從人力資源體系建立、業(yè)務聚焦戰(zhàn)略設計、營銷渠道構建、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟建設等方面提出具體策略,保證SD公司資源整合性發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施。在此基礎上,在分析公司目前狀況的基礎上,分別從人力資源、業(yè)務聚焦、直銷渠道、科研等方面的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出保障措施。最后,文章提出結論和展望,提出戰(zhàn)略實施的不足和注意點,以期為SD公司的發(fā)展提供建議,并為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下平臺企業(yè)發(fā)展,尤其是社群平臺類企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's Internet economy, more and more Internet Co. The establishment of e-commerce development in China based on the development platform just unfolding, the Internet business rapidly, since the birth of WeChat and was widely used. Many companies use WeChat this social platform for commercial operation, in product development, marketing channels to create customer. The relationship between maintenance have achieved good results, there are also human, technology, channels and other aspects of the problem. This paper focuses on the WeChat SD business platform (SD) to study the development strategy. This article on the basis of relevant theoretical research, the full analysis of WeChat SD commercial frequency Taiwan's internal and external environment, and through the value chain analysis. Thus the development strategy of WeChat SD business platform construction, put forward the expansion of Internet based on the background of the development strategy in order to enrich. This article analyzes China's similar enterprises "you my hot mom's case, to provide empirical reference for the implementation of the development strategy for WeChat SD business platform. Then, the article from the human resources system, focusing on business strategy design, marketing channel construction, put forward specific strategies of strategic alliance construction, ensure the development of the implementation of the strategy of SD company, the integration of resources. On this basis, based on the analysis of the current situation of the company, from human resources, business focus, direct sales channel development strategy, scientific research and other aspects of the security measures are put forward. Finally, the article puts forward the conclusion and prospect, and put forward the problems of strategy implementation and attention, in order to provide suggestions for the development of SD company, and platform for the development of enterprises under the background of Internet, especially the reference community platform class enterprise development.
