【摘要】：本文基于軟件工程的概念和方法,論述中國電信上海增值服務運營中心的增值服務營銷管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設計與實現(xiàn)。傳統(tǒng)的電信業(yè)務營銷模式缺乏對客戶行為特性的定量分析,不能有效進行有針對性的、高度主動性的推送營銷方式,流失了大量的營銷機會。相比之下,新系統(tǒng)則通過運用先進的定量數(shù)據(jù)分析技術,使作為電信綜合運營商的本公司通過該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)更貼近客戶需求和高度主動性的營銷模式。論文首先對該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)應用基礎背景、相關的電子商務及其網(wǎng)絡營銷管理的理論和技術進行概述。接下來對該增值服務運營系統(tǒng)的總體需求、開發(fā)目標和主要功能如客戶粘性管理、客戶的服務消費實際行為特征分析及其與業(yè)務質(zhì)量的匹配關系等方面進行了較為詳細的分析討論,給出了軟件功能的用例模型,建立了該系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求。對該系統(tǒng)的軟件設計方案,首先簡述該軟件的概要設計及軟件架構(gòu)方案,然后較為詳細地討論客戶粘性管理、客戶行為特征分析、業(yè)務質(zhì)量關聯(lián)分析和運營統(tǒng)計分析的主要流程方案和算法邏輯,以及系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設計方案,最后在設計基礎上概述了該軟件的程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)和測試情況。該系統(tǒng)的軟件設計采用基于MVC的多層架構(gòu),基于Java程序和大型數(shù)據(jù)庫Oracle的存儲程序開發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)上線實際運行,性能和可靠性都達到了預期的設計開發(fā)目標。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept and method based on software engineering, software design and implementation of value-added service marketing management system of China Telecom Shanghai value-added service center. The quantitative analysis of customer behavior characteristics of the lack of traditional marketing mode of the telecom business, can not be effectively targeted, push marketing high initiative, lost a lot marketing opportunity. In contrast, the new system is through the use of advanced quantitative data analysis technology, the telecom operators as the company through the system to achieve closer to the customer demand and highly initiative marketing. Firstly, based on the development and application background of the system, the related e-commerce and network marketing management the theory and technology are summarized. Then the overall demand for the value-added service system, development target and main functions such as customer loyalty management, A detailed analysis of the discussion service actual consumption behavior analysis and customer service quality, relationship and other aspects, the use case model gives the software function, the establishment of the main functional requirements of the system. The software design of the system, firstly, the outline design and software architecture in the software program, and then a more detailed discussion of customer loyalty management, customer behavior analysis, the main process scheme and algorithm logic analysis, correlation analysis and statistical quality of service operation, and the system database design, finally the design based on the overview of the software programming and testing. The software design of the system adopts multi-layer architecture based on MVC the development of storage Java program and database based on Oracle. The system has been on-line operation, performance and reliability have reached the pre The design and development goal of the period.
