朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)文化元素在食品包裝設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:包裝即是營銷手段,也是企業(yè)的形象。隨著延邊的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)不斷加快,延邊的包裝行業(yè)也不斷成長,但是與國內(nèi)其它經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)相比,還存在著較大差距。民族文化是民族的靈魂,它的發(fā)展顯示著一個民族的精神,是一個民族的歷史發(fā)展過程中得以成長與壯大的精神支柱。中國朝鮮族做為中華民族大家庭中的重要成員之一,不但繼承與發(fā)揚了本民族固有的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,博采眾長,而且與中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化相互影響、相互借鑒,在交融中發(fā)揚了優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)與魅力,形成了獨具特色的朝鮮族民族文化。朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)食品業(yè)向現(xiàn)代化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展過程中,由于包裝創(chuàng)意陳舊、缺乏民族文化特色、包裝工藝粗糙、包裝水平低加之缺乏品牌意識等原因,嚴(yán)重制約了延邊民俗食品行業(yè)的健康成長與持續(xù)發(fā)展。如何將朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)文化融合于延邊民俗食品包裝之中,使民俗食品包裝飽含朝鮮族文化底蘊,從而提高產(chǎn)品的文化價值與商品價值,讓延邊食品包裝具有令人稱奇的豐富藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)力和鮮明的朝鮮族文化特色,以成為延邊的民俗食品企業(yè)與政府部門、設(shè)計機(jī)構(gòu)共同思考與探討的問題。本論文在查閱大量專業(yè)書籍與歷史文獻(xiàn)并充分進(jìn)行市場現(xiàn)場調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對中國朝鮮民族傳統(tǒng)文化、包裝設(shè)計及延邊朝鮮族食文化的形成與發(fā)展、朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)元素與包裝設(shè)計的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行闡述,并且通過延邊食品包裝現(xiàn)狀市場調(diào)查,對延邊食品包裝業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,闡述延邊品包裝中存在的問題并提出對策,探討如何樹立具有延邊朝鮮族民族文化特色的延邊食品包裝品牌,并對延邊食品包裝設(shè)計的發(fā)展提出展望。最后,得出本篇論文的結(jié)論,延邊民俗食品包裝,應(yīng)立足于民族化,在保持傳統(tǒng)特色基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)新,將民族文化融入于設(shè)計中,抓好品牌建設(shè),提高品牌意識,做到地域文化特殊突出、種類豐富、市場競爭力強(qiáng)、影響力廣的延邊食品品牌。朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)文化的獨特魅力,在國內(nèi)外深受青睞,運用開發(fā)好傳統(tǒng)文化資源,提煉出文化精髓,結(jié)合于民俗食品包裝之中,為產(chǎn)品“畫龍點睛”,將為民族食品企業(yè)樹立品牌、走向國際,做到推動作用。
[Abstract]:Packaging is not only a means of marketing, but also a corporate image. With the rapid economic construction of Yanbian, Yanbian packaging industry is also growing, but compared with other economically developed areas in China, There is still a big gap. National culture is the soul of a nation, and its development shows the spirit of a nation. Korean nationality, as one of the important members of the Chinese national family, not only inherits and develops the excellent traditional culture inherent in the nation, but also empowers the masses. Moreover, it has influenced and learned from each other with the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, developed excellent tradition and charm in the blending, formed the unique national culture of the Korean nationality, and developed the traditional food industry of the Korean nationality into modernization and industrialization. Because the packaging originality is old, lacks the national culture characteristic, the packing craft is rough, the packing level is low and lacks the brand consciousness and so on. It seriously restricts the healthy growth and sustainable development of Yanbian folk food industry. How to integrate Korean traditional culture into Yanbian folk food packaging, so that folk food packaging is full of Korean culture, So as to improve the cultural value and commodity value of the products, Yanbian food packaging has amazing rich artistic expression and distinct Korean cultural characteristics, in order to become Yanbian folk food enterprises and government departments, On the basis of consulting a large number of professional books and historical documents and carrying out market field investigation, this paper first discusses the traditional culture of Chinese and Korean nationality. Packaging design and the formation and development of Yanbian Korean food culture, the relationship between Korean traditional elements and packaging design are expounded, and the present situation of Yanbian food packaging industry is analyzed through the market investigation of Yanbian food packaging. This paper expounds the problems existing in the packaging of Yanbian products and puts forward some countermeasures, probes into how to establish the Yanbian food packaging brand with the characteristics of Yanbian Korean nationality national culture, and puts forward the prospects for the development of Yanbian food packaging design. The conclusion of this paper is that Yanbian folk food packaging should be based on nationalization, innovate constantly on the basis of maintaining traditional characteristics, integrate national culture into design, do a good job of brand building, and improve brand awareness. The unique charm of traditional Korean culture is favored at home and abroad. The essence of culture can be extracted by exploiting the traditional cultural resources well, so as to achieve the special and outstanding regional culture, rich variety, strong market competitiveness, wide influence and wide influence on Yanbian food brand, and the unique charm of Korean traditional culture is very popular at home and abroad. Combining with folklore food packaging, it will set up a brand for national food enterprises, go to the world and promote it.
