【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,市場競爭越來越激烈,企業(yè)要想在激烈的競爭中,獲得一席之地,除了要不斷提高自身的綜合實(shí)力,滿足市場的要求之外,還要培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)的隱形資產(chǎn),是企業(yè)應(yīng)該予以重視的寶貴財(cái)富。企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)的靈魂,是推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力。它包含著非常豐富的內(nèi)容,其核心是企業(yè)的精神和價(jià)值觀。企業(yè)文化反映了一個(gè)企業(yè)的主流價(jià)值觀,它是隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,伴隨著企業(yè)的每一次實(shí)踐活動(dòng)而逐步形成的。每個(gè)企業(yè)都應(yīng)該有自己的企業(yè)文化,優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,不僅可以增強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工的凝聚力,還可以為企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展指明方向。企業(yè)在發(fā)展的初期,目標(biāo)都是短期的,只要能獲利,企業(yè)能生存下去就可以,但是,隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)員工的不斷增加,企業(yè)文化就開始形成并逐漸發(fā)揮作用,企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值是什么?企業(yè)發(fā)展的深層次的目標(biāo)是什么?怎樣實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)?怎樣促進(jìn)企業(yè)員工的和諧共進(jìn)?這些問題都需要靠企業(yè)文化來解答,可以說,企業(yè)文化直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的長足發(fā)展。鐵姆肯公司是美國五百強(qiáng)企業(yè)之一,在世界各地研發(fā)、制造并營銷Timken#174;軸承、傳動(dòng)裝置、齒輪箱、鏈條和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品,同時(shí)提供多種動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)改造和維修服務(wù)。作為圓錐滾子軸承的權(quán)威,鐵姆肯公司將其在冶金、摩擦學(xué)和動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域的深厚知識(shí)推廣至更廣泛的軸承和相關(guān)系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,幫助提高世界各地機(jī)械設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率和可靠性。本文以鐵姆肯公司無錫工廠為研究對象,在了解其發(fā)展歷程的基礎(chǔ)上,從人才文化、質(zhì)量安全文化、環(huán)境文化、營銷文化以及創(chuàng)新文化五個(gè)層面對鐵姆肯公司無錫工廠企業(yè)文化制度進(jìn)行全面詳實(shí)的分析,提煉出鐵姆肯公司無錫工廠企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合訪談和調(diào)查問卷對其企業(yè)文化進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)而提出一些可行性建議和措施。最終總結(jié)出鐵姆肯公司無錫工廠企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中值得我們學(xué)習(xí)的地方,供其它企業(yè)參考,使我國各企業(yè)從思想上重視企業(yè)文化的建設(shè),在行動(dòng)上加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化的建設(shè),通過建設(shè)優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化,來增加自身的綜合實(shí)力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. In order to gain a place in the fierce competition, enterprises should not only continuously improve their comprehensive strength and meet the requirements of the market, but also cultivate excellent corporate culture. Corporate culture is the invisible asset of the enterprise and the precious wealth that the enterprise should attach importance to. The corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and the inexhaustible motive force to promote the development of the enterprise. It contains very rich contents. Its core is the spirit and values of the enterprise. The corporate culture reflects the mainstream values of an enterprise, and it is with the development of the enterprise. Each enterprise should have its own corporate culture, excellent corporate culture, not only can enhance the cohesion of enterprise employees, It can also point out the direction for the future development of enterprises. In the early stages of development, the objectives of enterprises are all short-term. As long as they can make profits, the enterprises can survive. However, with the continuous development and growth of enterprises, the number of employees in enterprises is constantly increasing. Corporate culture began to form and gradually play a role, what is the core value of the enterprise? What are the deep goals of enterprise development? How to achieve the goal? How to promote the harmonious development of employees? All these questions need to be solved by corporate culture, which can be said to be directly related to the rapid development of enterprises. Timken is one of the top 500 companies in the United States, developing, manufacturing and marketing Timken #174; bearings, transmission devices, all over the world. Gearbox, chain and related products, which provide a variety of power system modification and maintenance services. As the authority of tapered roller bearings, Timken Company will be its metallurgical, The profound knowledge of tribology and power transmission has been extended to a wider range of bearings and related systems to help improve the operational efficiency and reliability of mechanical equipment around the world. On the basis of understanding its development course, the enterprise culture system of Wuxi factory of Timken Company is analyzed from five aspects: talent culture, quality and safety culture, environment culture, marketing culture and innovation culture. Abstract the characteristics of enterprise culture construction in Wuxi factory of Timken Company, and evaluate the present situation of enterprise culture with interview and questionnaire. Some feasible suggestions and measures are put forward. Finally, the author sums up the places worth studying in the construction of enterprise culture in Wuxi factory of Timken Company, for reference of other enterprises, so that all enterprises in our country attach importance to the construction of enterprise culture ideologically. Strengthen the construction of corporate culture in action, through the construction of excellent corporate culture, to increase their comprehensive strength.
