【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融以全新的金融商業(yè)模式,正在解構(gòu)著傳統(tǒng)金融體系,重構(gòu)信息時(shí)代金融新秩序。它是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,蘊(yùn)含著深刻的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維,依托普惠金融、眾創(chuàng)空間、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化互動(dòng)、個(gè)性定制等互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的內(nèi)在邏輯,實(shí)現(xiàn)投融資雙方的無(wú)縫對(duì)接�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌呈現(xiàn)出普惠金融的特點(diǎn)：一方面是單筆融資小,成為對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融體系的有效補(bǔ)充,“弱勢(shì)”的小微初創(chuàng)企業(yè)可借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌實(shí)現(xiàn)融資,支持大眾創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)；另一方面是投資規(guī)模小,公眾獲得直接參與創(chuàng)投的權(quán)利,共享創(chuàng)新收益�？傊�,無(wú)論是融資者還是投資者都屬于長(zhǎng)尾理論中的長(zhǎng)尾群體,他們分散、不規(guī)則分布且不受到重視,但是基數(shù)龐大。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融平臺(tái)上,發(fā)起人直接展示創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品或投資項(xiàng)目,投資者通過平臺(tái)直接進(jìn)行投資投資或支持,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)投融資雙方的直接互動(dòng)；其次,通過社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)及媒體,呈現(xiàn)幾何倍增形式的網(wǎng)狀傳播,實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)化營(yíng)銷和融資的同步進(jìn)行�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融對(duì)重構(gòu)社會(huì)大眾創(chuàng)新氛圍、重建眾創(chuàng)空間市場(chǎng)機(jī)制和金融創(chuàng)新有重要意義。本論文首先對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融模式的起源、分類和基本概念進(jìn)行介紹,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融模式和商業(yè)模式的影響和補(bǔ)充為切入點(diǎn),重新架構(gòu)出新的融資模式及經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。再次結(jié)合眾籌案例,對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融在自身發(fā)展、風(fēng)控及法律監(jiān)管等存在問題進(jìn)行剖析,并提出如何引導(dǎo)我國(guó)眾籌金融發(fā)展的策略建議,認(rèn)為在企業(yè)融資方面,善用大眾社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體、長(zhǎng)尾效應(yīng)和粉絲經(jīng)濟(jì)所蘊(yùn)含的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益；在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面,應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)大數(shù)據(jù)和風(fēng)控體系的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用；在金融監(jiān)管方面,應(yīng)借鑒歐美等國(guó)家的立法理念及監(jiān)管方式,在眾籌平臺(tái)注冊(cè)、信息披露及投資者準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等政策方面不斷優(yōu)化,制定出符合我國(guó)國(guó)情的眾籌金融發(fā)展模式。在上述敘述中,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌金融模式的分析,其對(duì)我國(guó)金融層級(jí)及市場(chǎng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生補(bǔ)充作用及深遠(yuǎn)影響外,還引進(jìn)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式或企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式產(chǎn)生顛覆式影響的研究。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息技術(shù)的催化下,眾籌金融與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交媒體、粉絲經(jīng)濟(jì)和長(zhǎng)尾理念相結(jié)合,產(chǎn)生了對(duì)產(chǎn)品、商業(yè)乃至對(duì)社會(huì)供需結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)化金融與社會(huì)化商業(yè)的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:Internet crowdfunding finance, with a new financial business model, is deconstructing the traditional financial system and reconstructing the new financial order in the information age. It is the product of the Internet age and contains profound Internet thinking. Relying on inclusive Finance, Zhongchuang Space, Social Network, Product Optimization interaction, Personality customization and other inherent logic of the Internet economy. Internet crowdfunding shows the characteristics of inclusive finance: on the one hand, the single financing is small, becoming an effective supplement to the traditional financial system. "weak" small micro-start-ups can use the Internet crowdfunding to achieve financing, support public innovation and entrepreneurship; On the other hand, the scale of investment is small, the public get the right to participate in the venture capital directly, share the innovation income. In short, both the financiers and investors belong to the long-tailed group in the long tail theory, they are scattered. On the Internet crowdfunding platform, sponsors directly display innovative products or investment projects, and investors directly invest or support through the platform. In order to realize the direct interaction between investment and financing; Secondly, through the social network and the media, presents the geometric multiplication form of the mesh communication, realizes the social marketing and the financing synchronously. The Internet crowdfunding finance reconstructs the social public innovation atmosphere. It is of great significance to rebuild Zhongchuang Space's market mechanism and financial innovation. Firstly, this paper introduces the origin, classification and basic concepts of Internet crowdfunding financial model. Taking the influence and supplement of Internet crowdfunding finance on traditional financial model and business model as the starting point, this paper reconstructs the new financing model and management strategy. Again, it combines the case of crowdfunding with the case of crowdfunding. This paper analyzes the existing problems of Internet crowdfunding finance in its own development, risk control and legal supervision, and puts forward some strategic suggestions on how to guide the development of crowdfunding finance in China. Make good use of mass social network media, long tail effect and fan economy contains huge economic benefits; In the aspect of risk control, we should strengthen the construction and application of big data and wind control system. In the aspect of financial supervision, we should learn from the legislative ideas and regulatory methods of Europe and the United States, and optimize the policies of registration, information disclosure and investor admission standards of crowdfunding platform. In the above narration, the innovation of this paper lies in the analysis of the Internet crowdfunding financial model. In addition to its supplementary role and far-reaching influence on the financial hierarchy and market financial institutions in China, it also introduces a study of the subversive impact on the traditional economic model or enterprise business model, which is catalyzed by Internet information technology. The combination of crowdfunding finance and social media, fan economy and long-tail concept has brought about changes in the structure of supply and demand of products, commerce and even society, and realized the unification of social finance and social commerce.
