【摘要】：當(dāng)前關(guān)于土地集約化內(nèi)涵的討論主要在城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展為主的測量視角.然而,伴隨著中國城市化的推進(jìn),一方面土地開發(fā)強(qiáng)度和廣度不斷加大,另一方面土地開發(fā)模式和主題越趨多元化.鑒于旅游開發(fā)對比城市開發(fā)區(qū)和新區(qū)開發(fā)而言具有更強(qiáng)的靈活性和多元性的發(fā)展背景,旅游發(fā)展背景下的土地集約利用應(yīng)有新的理論內(nèi)涵.因此,從旅游發(fā)展背景出發(fā),重新審視土地集約發(fā)展的新內(nèi)涵.通過分析廣東巽寮灣和海陵島這2個(gè)典型濱海旅游區(qū)的土地開發(fā)歷程,采用文本收集與對比分析方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)旅游發(fā)展背景下的土地集約化內(nèi)涵可以做出新的解讀:土地開發(fā)的公有化原則是土地集約化利用的必要前提;土地開發(fā)的話語主導(dǎo)原則是土地集約化發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力;土地開發(fā)主題的多元化原則是土地集約化發(fā)展的未來導(dǎo)向;土地開發(fā)的和諧化原則是土地集約化發(fā)展的穩(wěn)定保障;土地開發(fā)的時(shí)序性原則是土地集約化發(fā)展的營銷支撐.從旅游發(fā)展背景出發(fā),重新審視土地集約發(fā)展的新內(nèi)涵,預(yù)計(jì)不僅可豐富當(dāng)前土地集約發(fā)展的理論內(nèi)涵,且可為旅游發(fā)展過程中的土地有序開發(fā)提供有益參考.
[Abstract]:The current discussion on the intension of land is mainly from the measurement perspective of urban economic development. However, with the development of urbanization in China, on the one hand, the intensity and breadth of land development is increasing. On the other hand, land development models and themes are becoming more and more diversified. Compared with urban development zones and new areas, tourism development has a more flexible and diversified development background. Intensive use of land in the context of tourism development should have new theoretical connotations. Therefore, from the background of tourism development. Through the analysis of the land development course of the two typical coastal tourist areas of Shunliao Bay and Hailingdao in Guangdong Province, the text collection and comparative analysis method are adopted. It is found that the connotation of land intensification under the background of tourism development can be interpreted in a new way: the principle of public ownership of land development is the necessary prerequisite for intensive use of land; The discourse leading principle of land development is the fundamental motive force of land intensive development. The diversification principle of land development theme is the future direction of land intensive development. The harmonious principle of land development is the stable guarantee of intensive land development. The sequential principle of land development is the marketing support of intensive land development. From the background of tourism development, it is expected that the new connotation of land intensive development can not only enrich the theoretical connotation of current intensive land development. And it can provide a useful reference for the orderly development of land in the process of tourism development.
