【摘要】:伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)的興起,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)給傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)帶來的沖擊越來越大,勢(shì)必會(huì)引起傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)流程、組織管理、營(yíng)銷方式等各個(gè)方面的變革,這使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型戰(zhàn)略中一個(gè)不得不考慮的重要因素。作為一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的OEM制造廠商,如何在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)浪潮下實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型?AB公司在轉(zhuǎn)型中經(jīng)歷了很多嘗試,尤其是進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)域后的嘗試,但轉(zhuǎn)型并不順利,遇到了一系列沒有預(yù)想到的困難與挫折。在挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)入消費(fèi)者市場(chǎng)時(shí)嚴(yán)重缺乏消費(fèi)者市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)思維力量的制約,“無形之手”讓轉(zhuǎn)型變得困難重重。在現(xiàn)今“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)”的背景下,類似AB公司的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中到底有哪些阻礙,針對(duì)這些阻礙又有什么解決方法。本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的外部環(huán)境掃描,掌握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展特性以及行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況,明確公司轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性:其次關(guān)注AB公司轉(zhuǎn)型中的企業(yè)內(nèi)部的能力與資源,梳理出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)趨勢(shì)下戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型過程中阻礙的因素,并詳細(xì)分解每個(gè)因素形成的原因及結(jié)果;最后在總結(jié)出轉(zhuǎn)型阻礙因素的基礎(chǔ)上的解決方法。本文從個(gè)別案例中提煉出傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型的普遍困境,豐富傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的理論研究,并更好的指導(dǎo)公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)工作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology and the rise of electronic commerce, the new economy of Internet has brought more and more impact to traditional enterprises, which is bound to cause traditional enterprises in the production process, organization and management. As a traditional OEM manufacturer, the Internet has become an important factor in the transformation strategy of traditional enterprises due to the changes in marketing methods and other aspects. How to realize the transformation under the tide of the Internet? AB Company has experienced a lot of attempts in the transformation, especially after entering the field of e-commerce, but the transformation is not smooth. Encountered a series of unexpected difficulties and setbacks. In the challenge of entering the consumer market, a serious lack of consumer market experience, the constraints of the traditional thinking power of enterprises. The "invisible hand" makes the transformation difficult. Under the background of "traditional Internet industry", what obstacles do the traditional enterprises like AB have in the process of transformation? In view of these obstacles and what are the solutions. Firstly, this paper scans the external environment of the transformation of enterprises, master the characteristics of the development of the Internet and the competition of the industry. Clear the necessity of corporate transformation: secondly, pay attention to the internal capabilities and resources of AB company transformation, combing out the obstacles in the process of strategic transformation under the trend of Internet. The causes and results of each factor are decomposed in detail. Finally, on the basis of summing up the obstacles to the transformation of the solution. This paper extracts from individual cases the traditional enterprise Internet transformation of the general dilemma, enrich the theoretical study of the transformation of traditional enterprises. And better guide the operation of the company.
