【摘要】：為進一步提高物資采購標準化應用水平,采取三項舉措。1組建物資采購標準化組織網(wǎng)絡,由物資部門牽頭,組織規(guī)劃、設計、基建、運檢、營銷、調控等職能部門的計劃提報人員,實時的對標準化物料進行宣貫培訓工作,對采購標準化工作進行充分的了解;2在標準化基礎上,結合本公司的生產運營情況,利用ERP系統(tǒng)對歷史數(shù)據(jù)多維度開展物料通用性分析,精簡物料編碼,提高物資通用性;3完善流程,加強對物資采購標準化的審批審查力度。這些措施不僅提高了標準化物料執(zhí)行率指標,也提高了計劃的準確性,方便高效制訂供應計劃,滿足了現(xiàn)場的實際需求,取得了較好的效果。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the application level of material procurement standardization, take three measures to set up the material procurement standardization organization network, led by the material department, organization planning, design, capital construction, operation and inspection, marketing. Control and other functional departments of the planning staff, real-time standardized materials publicity training work, procurement standardization work for full understanding; (2) on the basis of standardization and combined with the production and operation of our company, we use ERP system to analyze the generality of materials in many dimensions of historical data, simplify the coding of materials, and improve the generality of materials. (3) improve the process and strengthen the examination and approval of the standardization of material procurement. These measures not only improve the implementation rate of standardized materials, but also improve the accuracy of the plan and facilitate the efficient formulation of supply plans. Meet the actual needs of the site, and achieved better results.
