【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)公司系統(tǒng)范圍內電力用戶的“全覆蓋、全采集”的目標,大批量的智能電能表換裝任務引起營銷數(shù)據(jù)的快速增長對用電信息采集系統(tǒng)的高可靠性產生了威脅。本論文所研究的超大規(guī)模用戶用電智能采集與數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺可以解決營銷大數(shù)據(jù)引起的用采系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性問題,為實現(xiàn)優(yōu)質服務打下堅實的基礎。論文從江蘇省用電采集系統(tǒng)的實際情況入手,結合系統(tǒng)預期實現(xiàn)的功能,設計了超大規(guī)模用戶用電智能采集與數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺的整體方案,首先介紹了整體的方案設計,闡述了系統(tǒng)架構設計、通信信道設計以及系統(tǒng)的技術指標;然后根據(jù)江蘇省現(xiàn)有的主站設備設計了主備聯(lián)級的主站硬件部署,實現(xiàn)了用采主站系統(tǒng)的高可靠性。同時進行了平臺與各應用系統(tǒng)的接口設計,應用平臺界面的展示。文章最后闡述了超大規(guī)模用戶用電智能采集與數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺產生的經濟效益和社會效益,對本文進行了總結和展望?傊,超大規(guī)模用戶用電智能采集與數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺的設計,解決了營銷系統(tǒng)對營銷數(shù)據(jù)的快速增長的不穩(wěn)定性,保證了用采系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的高可靠性,滿足現(xiàn)有業(yè)務應用發(fā)展的需要和不斷增長的用戶用電信息需求,為營銷業(yè)務以及分時電價、階梯電價、全面費控管理等營銷業(yè)務策略的實施提供技術基礎,對營銷管理有著深遠的意義。

The paper expounds the large scale user created by electric intelligent data acquisition and analysis platform of economic benefits and social benefits of this the summary and outlook. In short, the design of intelligent data acquisition and analysis platform for large scale users, solve the marketing system of the rapid growth of the marketing data instability, ensures the high reliability of data acquisition system, electric information needs to meet the needs of existing business application development and growing users for marketing business and price, the price ladder, provide the technical basis of comprehensive cost control management, marketing strategy, it has profound significance for marketing management.
