多媒體狀態(tài)下的輿論反轉(zhuǎn)研究

【摘要】:近年來大家越來越重視輿論反轉(zhuǎn)的現(xiàn)象,以往的傳統(tǒng)媒體發(fā)表新聞之前會嚴(yán)格把關(guān)篩選新聞事件,核對新聞事實,正確引導(dǎo)輿論。而現(xiàn)在部分的傳統(tǒng)媒體在新媒體與自媒體的沖擊下、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的壓力之下,為了收視率、收聽率開始與一些市場主體相融合,利用自身媒體的屬性發(fā)布帶有營銷性質(zhì)的新聞,甚至不顧事實真相,顛倒黑白把新聞當(dāng)作賺錢的工具,以低俗姿態(tài)迎合部分公眾進(jìn)行新聞營銷,誤導(dǎo)公眾發(fā)表不恰當(dāng)?shù)妮浾?虛假新聞、有償新聞大行其道,而新聞?wù)嫦鄥s失聲,引發(fā)公眾的不滿與失望,且公眾在單向傳播的環(huán)境中無處發(fā)泄不滿情緒。多媒體狀態(tài)是指傳統(tǒng)媒體、新媒體及自媒體等各個媒體對新聞事件進(jìn)行共同傳播,影響新聞事件的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,影響公眾對新聞事件的認(rèn)知與態(tài)度,從而對輿論反轉(zhuǎn)具有一定程度上的影響。多媒體的出現(xiàn)尤其是新媒體與自媒體的發(fā)展賦予了公眾前所未有的話語權(quán),公眾可以自由公開發(fā)表輿論、表達(dá)情緒。部分媒體為了發(fā)表獨家新聞,吸引更多的公眾,把關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)或者忽略把關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)快速發(fā)布新聞,直接傳播給公眾,新聞細(xì)節(jié)的不完善、事實的不完整造成反轉(zhuǎn)新聞不斷的出現(xiàn),公眾的輿論也跟隨著不斷的反轉(zhuǎn),無反轉(zhuǎn)不新聞的現(xiàn)象逐漸被公眾認(rèn)知,公眾對部分媒體的公信力逐漸產(chǎn)生懷疑。輿論是我們社會的皮膚,媒體和意見領(lǐng)袖引導(dǎo)公眾發(fā)表恰當(dāng)?shù)妮浾撚欣诰S持社會穩(wěn)定的運轉(zhuǎn),輿論反轉(zhuǎn)可以幫助公眾正確及時判斷是非對錯,針對新聞事件中的是非對錯進(jìn)行理性判斷和評價,公眾發(fā)表恰當(dāng)?shù)妮浾撚兄谶清事實的真相原貌,并且輿論反轉(zhuǎn)有利于媒體及時彌補報道的錯誤內(nèi)容、修補完善報道內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)提高媒介素養(yǎng)。不斷產(chǎn)生輿論反轉(zhuǎn)的現(xiàn)象也容易造成部分媒體的公信力下降,在報道新聞事件時,公眾會懷疑新聞的真?zhèn)?懷疑這些媒體是為了自己的利益或者他人利益在發(fā)聲。在當(dāng)下眾聲喧嘩的輿論場中,當(dāng)新聞事件被報道后公眾發(fā)表輿論,隨著后續(xù)的報道逐漸還原事實真相,輿論發(fā)生反轉(zhuǎn),公眾的態(tài)度也發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,新聞事件不斷修補還原報道后的輿論也伴隨著反轉(zhuǎn)變化,在這輿論反轉(zhuǎn)的過程中,不斷產(chǎn)生輿論反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象容易造成公眾對媒體的信任下降,公眾對媒體的新聞報道的信任度越來越低,輿論不斷反轉(zhuǎn)對公眾、媒體、社會造成不小的影響。筆者總結(jié)了在多媒體狀態(tài)下大體上的輿論反轉(zhuǎn)過程會產(chǎn)生兩種模式:肯定否定式與修補還原式,研究這兩種輿論反轉(zhuǎn)模式可以認(rèn)識到大體的輿論反轉(zhuǎn)的特點、產(chǎn)生輿論反轉(zhuǎn)的原因、以及輿論反轉(zhuǎn)帶來的影響,給予媒體更加充分的認(rèn)識輿論反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,減少因自己的不恰當(dāng)?shù)膫鞑バ袨槎斐傻妮浾摲崔D(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象,所以,研究多媒體狀態(tài)下的輿論反轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the phenomenon of public opinion reversal. In the past, the traditional media would strictly screen news events and check the news facts before publishing news. Now part of the traditional media under the impact of new media and self-media, under the pressure of the market economy, in order to ratings, listening rate began to merge with some market subjects. Using their own media attributes to publish news with the nature of marketing, or even ignore the truth, reverse the black and white news as a tool to make money, with a vulgar attitude to cater to part of the public news marketing. Misleading the public to publish inappropriate public opinion, false news, paid news is popular, but the news truth is silent, causing public dissatisfaction and disappointment. And the public has nowhere to vent their discontent in the one-way communication environment. Multimedia state refers to the traditional media, new media and self-media and other media to jointly spread news events, affecting the development of news events. The emergence of multimedia, especially the development of new media and self-media, gives the public an unprecedented right to speak. The public can freely and openly publish public opinion and express their emotions. In order to publish exclusive news and attract more public, the gatekeeper is not strict or neglects the gateways to release news quickly and spread it directly to the public. The news details are not perfect, the fact is incomplete, the reverse news appears constantly, the public opinion also follows the unceasing reversal, the phenomenon of no reverse news is gradually recognized by the public. Public opinion is the skin of our society, and the media and opinion leaders guide the public to publish appropriate public opinion, which is conducive to the maintenance of social stability. Public opinion reversal can help the public to judge the right and wrong in time, to judge and evaluate the right and wrong in the news events rationally, and to release the public opinion is helpful to clear the truth of the facts. And the public opinion reversal can help the media timely make up the wrong content of the report, repair and perfect the report content, strengthen the improvement of media literacy. The phenomenon of public opinion reversal is also easy to cause the decline of the credibility of some media. In reporting news events, the public will doubt the truth of the news, suspect that these media are speaking for their own interests or for the benefit of others. When the news event is reported, the public opinion is published, with the subsequent report gradually restore the truth, public opinion reverses, the public attitude also changes. The public opinion after the news event restores the report continuously also has the reversal change, in this public opinion reversal process, unceasingly produces the public opinion reversal phenomenon easy to cause the public to the media trust decline. The public trust in the news reports of the media is getting lower and lower, and the public opinion is constantly reversing to the public, the media. The author summarizes that the general public opinion reversal process under the multimedia condition will produce two modes: affirmative negation and repair reduction. The study of these two modes of public opinion reversal can recognize the characteristics of the general public opinion reversal, the causes of the public opinion reversal, as well as the impact of the public opinion reversal, and give the media a fuller understanding of the phenomenon of public opinion reversal. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the phenomenon of public opinion reversal under the condition of multimedia.
