【摘要】：進入21世紀,經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,國家與國家之間的合作日益增加。隨著皮革制品的需求量增加,中蒙皮革貿(mào)易量迅速增長。蒙古國有天然優(yōu)質(zhì)的資源,卻缺乏先進的技術(shù),中國的皮革服裝加工技術(shù)深受蒙古消費者歡迎,中蒙兩國在經(jīng)濟上形成了一定的互補和合作潛力,皮革加工業(yè)為兩國人口就業(yè)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都做出了很大貢獻。但在投資過程中也面臨環(huán)境污染、政府過度干預、外匯風險等問題,因此對涉及中蒙兩國的皮革加工項目進行評估對企業(yè)投資具有重要意義。本文在對中蒙皮革加工產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對中蒙皮革加工項目進行了PEST分析和“波特五力模型”分析。以ZBBE集團的皮革加工項目為案例,在基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)收集與預測的基礎(chǔ)上,首先進行了投資環(huán)境分析和財務(wù)分析評價,在盈利能力上,該項目投資收益高、回收快,財務(wù)收益預期較好,盈利水平較高;在清償能力上,資產(chǎn)負債率比較合理,償債能力和籌資能力良好,投資風險較小;在項目敏感性分析上,經(jīng)營收入對該項目投資利潤率的影響大于經(jīng)營成本。在環(huán)境方面,存在揚塵、廢水和建筑垃圾污染,并從各方面提出對策建議。其次,對中蒙皮革項目投資面臨的風險進行了分析,并從蒙古國政府職能、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟政策以及中國企業(yè)對蒙投資信譽、投資結(jié)構(gòu)、外匯風險管理等方面提出了應(yīng)對風險的對策建議。最后,從國內(nèi)營銷模式、國外營銷模式、營銷策略選擇等方面針對ZBBE集團的皮革加工項目提出了投資建議。本文選擇科學、合理的投資評估方法,站在第三方角度客觀公正的對中蒙皮革投資項目進行評價,以ZBBE集團項目為借鑒,對中蒙皮革企業(yè)的投資決策以及兩國皮革行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展都具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the rapid development of economy, the cooperation between countries is increasing. With the increasing demand for leather products, leather Mongolia trade volume grows rapidly. Mongolia state-owned natural high-quality resources, but the lack of advanced technology, leather garment processing technology Chinese deep by the Mongolia consumers, China and Mongolia formed a complementary and the potential for cooperation in economy, leather processing industry for employment and economic development of the two countries people have made great contributions. But in the process of investment is also facing environmental pollution, excessive government intervention, foreign exchange risk and other issues, and therefore of the Mongolian leather processing project is of great significance to evaluate the enterprise investment. This paper summarizes the status quo of China Mongolia leather processing industry and the industrial chain, the Mongolia project of leather processing were analyzed by PEST and the Potter five forces model analysis. Based on Z BBE group of leather processing project as a case, based on the basic data collection and forecasting, firstly, investment environment analysis and financial analysis and evaluation on profitability, the project investment income is high, fast recovery, financial income is expected to better, higher level of profitability; in solvency, asset liability ratio is reasonable. Good debt paying ability and financing ability, less investment risk; in the sensitivity analysis, operating income of the project investment profit rate is greater than the cost of operation. There is dust on the environment, building garbage, waste and pollution, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from various aspects. Secondly, analyzes the risk of investment in Mongolia leather items, and from the Mongolia government, infrastructure construction, economic policy and Chinese enterprises in Mongolia investment credit, investment structure, foreign exchange risk management were put forward to deal with the risk of The countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, from the domestic and foreign marketing model, marketing model, marketing strategy choice for the ZBBE group in leather processing projects put forward investment advice. This paper choose the scientific, reasonable investment evaluation methods, evaluation of standing on the third angle objective and fair investment in Mongolia leather project, ZBBE group project for reference. Has a positive significance to the sustainable development of China leather enterprise investment decision-making and the leather industry.
