【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人們保險意識的提高,中國人壽保險業(yè)務取得了快速發(fā)展,壽險業(yè)務年保費收入達到近萬億的規(guī)模。壽險業(yè)務的發(fā)展為完善社會保障體系發(fā)揮了重要補充作用,促進了社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。人力資源的競爭是各行業(yè)市場競爭的核心,保險市場亦如此。而保險行業(yè)的營銷人員是保險公司市場競爭的一線參與者,也是保險銷售的重要渠道,所以營銷人員的隊伍建設、培訓體系的完善是人力資源管理中的重點。ORI壽險公司是我國規(guī)模較大、運營良好的保險公司,公司保險營銷人員培訓體系經(jīng)過近20年的三個階段的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)較為完善,培訓體系分為課程體系、培養(yǎng)體系和基礎體系三大部分。但是在2010年后,隨著外部市場環(huán)境的變化,傳統(tǒng)的培訓體系出現(xiàn)了問題,公司培訓工作的績效指標逐年下滑。文章通過問卷調(diào)查法、結構訪談法和頭腦風暴法對存在問題進行了總結和分析,并參考培訓體系的理論和學習型組織理論提出培訓體系的優(yōu)化方案。具體按以下內(nèi)容展開:第一部分對壽險行業(yè)背景和營銷員制度進行簡單介紹;第二部分對ORI公司及其培訓體系的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,第三部分針對ORI公司出現(xiàn)的問題進行了調(diào)研,概括出具體問題體現(xiàn),然后分析問題形成的原因;第四部分結合相關理論和問題分析,提出培訓體系的優(yōu)化方案;第五部分對全文進行總結。全文緊緊圍繞在壽險發(fā)展的規(guī)律產(chǎn)生的ORI壽險公司的培訓體系的特點和問題展開深入分析和探討,為其提出可行性的建設性的優(yōu)化方案,戰(zhàn)略性的搭建以學習型組織為導向的培訓體系,為壽險行業(yè)的培訓體系的長遠發(fā)展提供可參考的案例。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy and the improvement of people's insurance consciousness, China's life insurance business has made rapid development. The annual premium income of life insurance business has reached the scale of nearly trillion. The development of life insurance business has played an important complementary role in improving the social security system. The competition of human resources is the core of the market competition in various industries, and so is the insurance market. The marketers of the insurance industry are the front-line participants in the market competition of insurance companies. Is also an important channel of insurance sales, so the construction of marketing personnel, the improvement of training system is the focus of human resources management. Ori life insurance company is a large scale, good operation of insurance companies. After nearly 20 years of development, the training system of insurance marketing personnel has been relatively perfect. The training system is divided into three parts: curriculum system, training system and basic system. But after 2010. With the change of the external market environment, the traditional training system has problems. The performance index of the company training work is declining year by year. The existing problems are summarized and analyzed by structural interview and brainstorming. According to the theory of training system and the theory of learning-type organization, the optimization scheme of training system is put forward. The first part simply introduces the background of life insurance industry and marketer system; The second part introduces the development and current situation of ORI Company and its training system. The third part investigates the problems of ORI Company and generalizes the specific problems. Then analyze the reasons for the formation of the problem; The 4th part combines the related theory and the question analysis, proposes the training system optimization plan; Part 5th summarizes the full text. The full text closely around the law of life insurance development produced by the characteristics and problems of ORI life insurance company training system in-depth analysis and discussion. In order to provide a feasible and constructive optimization scheme, a strategic learning-oriented training system is set up to provide a reference case for the long-term development of the life insurance industry training system.
