【摘要】：作為我國(guó)原煤生產(chǎn)第一大省份,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為我國(guó)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)電力企業(yè)數(shù)量龐大,但分布相對(duì)分散,規(guī)模參差不齊,結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)立,企業(yè)間存在信息閉塞、交流不足的問(wèn)題。因此,政府成立內(nèi)蒙古電力行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì),對(duì)電力行業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。同時(shí),構(gòu)建內(nèi)蒙古電力協(xié)會(huì)管理平臺(tái),為協(xié)會(huì)和電力企業(yè)間提供互動(dòng)交流的橋梁,搭建企業(yè)監(jiān)管的平臺(tái)。服務(wù)鏈運(yùn)營(yíng)模式將企業(yè)生產(chǎn)鏈分為上中下游三部分,政府為鏈上企業(yè)提供技術(shù)、人力、政策等服務(wù),使企業(yè)個(gè)體的獨(dú)立經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉⻊?wù)鏈整體的運(yùn)營(yíng)�；诜⻊�(wù)鏈的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,本文分析了內(nèi)蒙古電力行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,設(shè)計(jì)電力協(xié)會(huì)管理平臺(tái),該平臺(tái)主要功能有企業(yè)管理、會(huì)員管理、產(chǎn)品管理、供需管理、行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)布、新聞公告、政策法規(guī)頒布、咨詢互動(dòng)等。一方面,該平臺(tái)為協(xié)會(huì)提供一個(gè)信息化空間,有效監(jiān)督電力行業(yè)上下游供應(yīng)商的運(yùn)營(yíng),及時(shí)發(fā)布新聞動(dòng)態(tài)和政策法規(guī)等信息,適時(shí)開(kāi)展調(diào)研咨詢并提供行業(yè)分析和技術(shù)推廣等服務(wù),幫助企業(yè)管理者做出戰(zhàn)略決策。另一方面,該平臺(tái)為電力企業(yè)搭建了安全穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展環(huán)境,企業(yè)管理者通過(guò)該平臺(tái)及時(shí)關(guān)注行業(yè)新聞動(dòng)態(tài),掌握行業(yè)最新技術(shù),實(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注產(chǎn)品動(dòng)態(tài),獲取供需信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展。該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷、管理的一體化服務(wù)和信息化管理。本系統(tǒng)基于微軟ASP.NET平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā),采用三層架構(gòu)體系,將系統(tǒng)分為數(shù)據(jù)連接層、業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層、前臺(tái)表示層,具有充足的可擴(kuò)展性。利用SQL SERVER數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的有效管理,具有良好的兼容性,便于進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和應(yīng)用。內(nèi)蒙古電力協(xié)會(huì)管理平臺(tái)現(xiàn)正式投入運(yùn)行,已有包括內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)等省份在內(nèi)的百余家電力相關(guān)企業(yè)進(jìn)駐,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行安全穩(wěn)定,效果顯著,為電力協(xié)會(huì)的發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:As China's coal production first big provinces in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have made important contributions for the development of China's power industry. Power enterprises in Inner Mongolia in large quantities, but the distribution is relatively dispersed, uneven size, independent structure, among the enterprises lack of information, the problem of inadequate communication. Therefore, the government of the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Industry Association, unified management the electric power industry. At the same time, the construction of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Association management platform, providing the bridge interaction for the association and the electric power enterprise, build enterprise management platform. The mode of service chain operation enterprise production chain is divided into three parts in the middle and lower reaches of the government, for the chain enterprises to provide technical, human, policy and other services to enable enterprises independent operation into the service chain operation. Service chain operation mode based on the analysis of present situation of Inner Mongolia power industry, put forward The needs of business development, design of Power Association management platform, the main function of the platform of enterprise management, membership management, product management, supply management, industry dynamic publishing, news bulletins, policies and regulations promulgated, consulting interaction. On the one hand, the platform provides an information space for the association, the effective supervision of the power industry upstream and downstream suppliers operate timely release, news and policy information, timely carry out research and provide consulting industry analysis and technology promotion service, help enterprise managers to make strategic decisions. On the other hand, the development environment of the platform for electric power enterprises to build a safe and stable, enterprise managers through the platform timely attention to industry news, grasp the industry the latest technology, real-time attention products dynamic acquisition and supply and demand information, to achieve the development of enterprise informatization. The system realizes the enterprise production, marketing, management integration Service and information management. This system is developed based on the Microsoft ASP.NET platform, using the three layer architecture, the system is divided into the data layer, business logic layer, the presentation layer, with sufficient scalability. To realize the effective management of business data using SQL SERVER database, has good compatibility, convenient for data analysis and application. Inner Mongolia Electric Power Association management platform is now officially put into operation, has been included in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Province, hundreds of power related companies in the security and stability of system operation, the effect is significant, and made outstanding contributions to the development of Electric Power Association.
