【摘要】：對于企業(yè)的營銷人員而言,他們的工作內(nèi)容傾向于靈活型,經(jīng)常需要出差,流動性比較大,且范圍比較廣。因此,企業(yè)的管理者很難用傳統(tǒng)的、以填寫報(bào)表的管理方式來對營銷人員進(jìn)行管理。一方面,這也就造成了企業(yè)無法及時(shí)管理每個營銷人員的工作問題；另一方面,營銷人員的業(yè)務(wù)報(bào)銷費(fèi)也會居高不下,大大加大了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本。因此,發(fā)開出能管理營銷人員工作情況的管理系統(tǒng)對于企業(yè)而言是非常必要的,例如移動終端的開發(fā)。目前,移動終端朝著多功能的方向發(fā)展,不再是通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)的終端,使得移動終端能與安卓等開放式的操作系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,為移動終端與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的無縫連接提供更廣闊的發(fā)展空間。以企業(yè)的營銷管理需求為背景,本文在安卓系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)下,采用面向?qū)ο蟮姆椒ㄔO(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)營銷人員的管理系統(tǒng)。營銷人員利用安卓系統(tǒng)能匯報(bào)每日工作,企業(yè)的管理者能夠便捷有效地對營銷人員進(jìn)行跟蹤管理,以節(jié)約企業(yè)的成本。該系統(tǒng)采用模型的形式分析系統(tǒng)的需求,以C/S架構(gòu)和MVC設(shè)計(jì)模進(jìn)行整體框架的設(shè)計(jì),分為服務(wù)終端和手機(jī)終端、PC終端,其中服務(wù)終端則負(fù)責(zé)向手機(jī)終端提供服務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)用,手機(jī)終端和PC終端負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)的收集與儲存等工作,而兩者間的數(shù)據(jù)交互格式主要是JSON格式。本研究中,手機(jī)端的軟件有應(yīng)用、服務(wù)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、工具以及適配器等模塊,采用ER圖設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)庫模型,分析了手機(jī)端軟件的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。本研究對營銷人員管理系統(tǒng)的功能、性能以及壓力做了測試,測試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)具有一定的成效,功能豐富,性能良好,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:For the marketing personnel of the enterprise, their work content tends to be flexible, often need to travel, liquidity is relatively large, and the scope is relatively wide. Therefore, it is difficult for the managers of the enterprise to use the traditional. On the one hand, it makes the enterprise unable to manage the work of every marketing personnel in time. On the other hand, the business expenses of the marketing personnel will also remain high, which greatly increases the production cost. Therefore, it is very necessary for the enterprise to develop a management system that can manage the working conditions of the marketing personnel. For example, the development of mobile terminal. At present, mobile terminal is developing towards multi-function, no longer the terminal of communication network, so that mobile terminal can combine with open operating system such as Android. For the seamless connection between mobile terminals and the Internet to provide a broader space for development. Based on the marketing management requirements of enterprises, this paper is based on the Android system. The management system of marketers is designed and implemented by using the object-oriented method. The marketers can report daily work by using Android system, and the managers of enterprises can track and manage the marketers conveniently and effectively. In order to save the cost of the enterprise, the system adopts the form of model to analyze the requirements of the system, using the C / S architecture and MVC design model to design the overall framework, divided into service terminal and mobile terminal terminal PC terminal. The service terminal is responsible for providing services to the mobile phone terminal and realizing the use of data. The mobile phone terminal and PC terminal are responsible for the collection and storage of the data. In this study, the software of the mobile phone has application, service, data storage, tools and adapters, etc. The database model is designed with ER diagram. The key technology of the mobile phone software is analyzed. The function, performance and pressure of the marketing personnel management system are tested. The test results show that the design and implementation of the system has certain effect and rich function. Good performance and achieved the expected goal.
