【摘要】:隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加快和市場競爭的不斷加劇,營銷策略越來越受到企業(yè)界的重視。公司在激烈的市場競爭中想要保持絕對優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)健康地向前發(fā)展,這在很大程度上取決于公司是否制定相應(yīng)的營銷策略和目標(biāo)市場是否選擇正確。所以研究企業(yè)的營銷策略對于中國國內(nèi)手機(jī)零售行業(yè)的發(fā)展研究具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。目前,國內(nèi)手機(jī)零售營銷策略研究現(xiàn)狀是營銷策略研究的普遍欠缺,導(dǎo)致中國的手機(jī)銷售沒有有效的理論指導(dǎo),營銷戰(zhàn)略也不能很好的系統(tǒng)制定和有序展開。因此,本文在這種情況下研究宇瀾公司的營銷策略并深入分析。基于對營銷策略理論的分析,運(yùn)用了企業(yè)管理戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)營策略和方法,研究了宇瀾公司現(xiàn)在的現(xiàn)狀和當(dāng)前的營銷策略,宇瀾公司的優(yōu)勢,面向外部時所面臨的機(jī)會和威脅;在營銷策略方面,結(jié)合宇瀾公司的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,優(yōu)化宇瀾公司的營銷策略,并提出了一些可改進(jìn)宇瀾公司營銷策略的具體方法和改進(jìn)策略。本文的創(chuàng)新工作是通過營銷策略組合,準(zhǔn)確的市場定位理論期冀能夠?yàn)橛顬懝镜陌l(fā)展提供幫助,運(yùn)用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,制定出高效的營銷策略。本文最終目標(biāo)是通過對營銷策略的理論和應(yīng)用研究,將這些研究成果充分運(yùn)用到宇瀾公司以及其他類似宇瀾公司這樣的小微型企業(yè)中,希望這些研究能為小微型公司的發(fā)展提供借鑒,以促進(jìn)公司更好的發(fā)展,為公司營銷策略建設(shè)提供幫助。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of globalization and the intensification of market competition, marketing strategy more and more attentions. The company wants to maintain absolute advantage in the fierce market competition, to achieve sustainable and healthy development, which largely depends on whether the company made the corresponding marketing strategy and target market selection is so right. Study on the marketing strategy of enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of the development of the retail industry Chinese domestic mobile phone. At present, the domestic mobile phone retail marketing strategy research is lack of research of the marketing strategy, resulting in no Chinese mobile phone sales theory, marketing strategy is not good system development and orderly this paper studies Lan Yu. Therefore, in this case the company marketing strategy and in-depth analysis. Analysis of the marketing strategy based on the theory of, The application of the enterprise management strategy, business strategy and method of Lan Yu company now and the status of the current marketing strategy, Lan Yu's advantage, facing for external opportunities and threats; in marketing strategy, combined with the operating status of Lan Yu, Yu Lan, optimize the company's marketing strategy, and puts forward the some specific methods can improve the marketing strategy of the company Lan Yu and improvement strategies. The innovation of this thesis is the combination of marketing strategies, market positioning accurate theory of Hebei to provide help for the development of Lan Yu company, using the method of theory with practice, develop an effective marketing strategy. This paper is based on the ultimate goal study on theory and application of the marketing strategy, will make full use of these results to the company and other similar Yu Lan Lan Yu company of small micro enterprises like this, we hope that these studies can small micro public The development of the company is provided to promote the company's better development and help the company's marketing strategy.
