【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)因具有成本低廉、方便快捷的特點(diǎn),得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。其中基于電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的家電進(jìn)銷存系統(tǒng)就是一個(gè)很重要的應(yīng)用。艾家公司傳統(tǒng)的人工管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足當(dāng)前階段發(fā)展需求,急需借助信息平臺(tái)對(duì)公司整個(gè)家電進(jìn)銷存進(jìn)行全面高效的管理,提高企業(yè)信息化管理水平,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和服務(wù)水平。本文圍繞艾家公司家電進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),在開發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)中采用了可以快速開發(fā)和維護(hù)便利的面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法,并結(jié)合軟件工程開發(fā)理論,從好客物業(yè)公司管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況流程出發(fā),對(duì)目前需要解決的問題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析、設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試,使用C#開發(fā)語言及SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)了一個(gè)具有系統(tǒng)管理、商品管理、庫存管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、銷售管理、批發(fā)管理、售后管理、備件管理、員工管理和客戶管理等業(yè)務(wù)的家電進(jìn)銷存管理系統(tǒng),從當(dāng)前企業(yè)發(fā)展角度出發(fā),能夠滿足企業(yè)各方面的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息管理和營(yíng)銷渠道全面一體化。本系統(tǒng)在設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程中將數(shù)據(jù),邏輯以及用戶操作三者分離,同時(shí)使用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫,實(shí)現(xiàn)管理系統(tǒng)的高內(nèi)聚、低耦合,從而提高了系統(tǒng)的可拓展性以及維護(hù)性,并且降低了系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)與操作的依賴性。本系統(tǒng)已投入試運(yùn)行,大量模擬數(shù)據(jù)表明,本系統(tǒng)基本能滿足用戶需求,其整體性能也達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet, electronic commerce has low cost, convenient features, has been widely used. The electronic commerce platform appliance Invoicing system is a very important application. Based on the traditional manual management mode of AI company has been unable to meet the development needs of the stage, the urgent need for a comprehensive and efficient management on the entire appliance company Invoicing with the information platform, improve the level of enterprise information management, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and service level. This paper focuses on ai home appliance company design and implementation of Invoicing management system, in the design and development of the rapid development and maintenance of object-oriented development method is convenient, and combined with the theory of software project development, starting from the hospitality property company management system and the actual operation condition of the process, the problems need to be solved for detailed requirement analysis, Implementation and test design, developed using C# language and SQL Server database management system has developed a system of management, merchandise management, inventory management, financial management, sales management, customer service management, distribution management, spare parts management, staff management and customer management services Appliance Invoicing management system, starting from the current development of enterprises angle, can meet all the needs of enterprises, realize the information management and marketing channel. The full integration of the system in the process of design and implementation of the data, logic and user operation three separation, while using the relational database management system to achieve high cohesion, low coupling, which improves the scalability and maintainability of system, and reduce the dependence of system data and operation. This system has been put into trial operation, a large number of simulation data show that this system can basically meet the needs of users, its integrity It can also achieve the desired goal of system design.
