【摘要】:由于現(xiàn)行的政策規(guī)定證券公司客戶的保證金要存放在商業(yè)銀行中,但是閑置在賬戶上的這些巨額的客戶保證金不僅沒(méi)有得到有效的利用,而且客戶也只能得到銀行活期存款利息的收入,不能很好的滿足客戶的投資需求。隨著證監(jiān)會(huì)正式啟動(dòng)了券商開(kāi)展現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品試點(diǎn)以后,很多券商開(kāi)始加入開(kāi)展現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的行列來(lái)吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶前來(lái)開(kāi)戶,以便迅速擴(kuò)大證券公司的托管市值規(guī)模。本文從相關(guān)投資組合理論和流動(dòng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論為切入點(diǎn),立足于實(shí)踐,以Y證券公司的實(shí)際情況為基礎(chǔ),從豐富資產(chǎn)管理產(chǎn)品線、加快資金周轉(zhuǎn)、緩解“存款搬家”、增強(qiáng)證券公司綜合金融服務(wù)能力四個(gè)角度,闡述了Y證券公司開(kāi)展現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的必要性。同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)券商現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)基礎(chǔ)、政策基礎(chǔ)以及Y證券公司的客戶保證金賬戶現(xiàn)狀和客戶投資意向的研究和調(diào)查中得出了Y證券公司開(kāi)展現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品是可行的。在研究了Y證券公司開(kāi)展現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的可行性和必要性的基礎(chǔ)上,本文從產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)和原則、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行的后臺(tái)支持、產(chǎn)品的費(fèi)用與收益、技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)與系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)備、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范以及產(chǎn)品的營(yíng)銷管理和產(chǎn)品實(shí)施安排等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)產(chǎn)品的一般流程進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì),保障Y證券公司現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的基本運(yùn)行,同時(shí)還對(duì)Y證券公司現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品投資管理進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)介紹。為了保障Y證券公司現(xiàn)金管理產(chǎn)品的有效實(shí)施,本文從組織架構(gòu)、相關(guān)制度與流程,部門的合作性,多種渠道的代銷功能,品牌形象、以及信息披露制度幾個(gè)方面提出保障措施。

At the same time through the market based cash management product brokerage, research and investigation and policy based Y securities company customer margin account status and customer investment intention in the Y securities company to carry out the cash management products is feasible. On the basis of feasibility and Necessity Study of Y securities company to carry out cash management products, this article from the objectives and principles of product design, product operation background, cost and profit of products, technology and system implementation for several aspects of risk prevention and management of product marketing and product implementation arrangements for the specific design of the general process of products.
