本文旨在研究俄羅斯聯(lián)邦與中華人民共和國(guó)之間的跨境貿(mào)易問(wèn)題。中俄邊境關(guān)系的歷史可以追溯到300多年前。2001年v建立了現(xiàn)代合作法律框架,每年更新。中國(guó)和俄羅斯已經(jīng)簽署了300多項(xiàng)政府間協(xié)議,這使得更快地發(fā)展跨境關(guān)系成為可能。本文從當(dāng)前形勢(shì)的歷史背景出發(fā),全面分析了兩國(guó)合作的法律基礎(chǔ),深入研究了雙邊貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與雙邊投資,并將俄羅斯與中國(guó)之間的相互作用做了比較。中俄雙方在跨境貿(mào)易方面存在的主要問(wèn)題是貿(mào)易不平衡。國(guó)家與企業(yè)之間的互動(dòng)不深入,質(zhì)量不高,導(dǎo)致雙邊合作潛力得不到充分發(fā)揮。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,中俄雙方采取了包括在鄰近領(lǐng)土之間建立運(yùn)輸樞紐、簡(jiǎn)化貿(mào)易手續(xù)、成立聯(lián)合公司、設(shè)立聯(lián)合投資機(jī)構(gòu)等措施以促進(jìn)雙邊跨境貿(mào)易。本文在確定了跨境貿(mào)易合作的問(wèn)題點(diǎn),以及雙方為克服這些問(wèn)題所采取的措施之后,旨在明確中俄雙方跨境貿(mào)易的主要增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)以及發(fā)展前景。
