作為一個吉爾吉斯共和國的本地人、公民和愛國者,我想為我國的發(fā)展作出貢獻,所以我選擇了題為“中國和俄羅斯聯邦在吉爾吉斯共和國經濟發(fā)展中的作用”的研究,這不是偶然的。這項研究幫助我研究和理解這兩個大國為我的國家發(fā)揮了什么作用。盡管吉爾吉斯斯坦94%的領土被山脈占據,只有不到6%是平原,由此導致的政治不穩(wěn)定（2005年和2010年的權力被迫更迭）以及缺乏足夠的軍事力量,俄羅斯聯邦和中國在吉爾吉斯斯坦獲得獨立后的過去28年里仍然是吉爾吉斯斯坦的可靠伙伴。多年來的合作和伙伴關系,以及為了加強其在中亞地區(qū)的地位和打擊國際恐怖主義,俄羅斯在吉爾吉斯斯坦的托克馬克、卡拉巴爾塔、邁萊蘇和伊塞克湖等城市部署了若干軍事設施。已經簽署了許多旨在發(fā)展兩國關系的協定和條約,其中大多數與吉爾吉斯經濟發(fā)展有關。對吉爾吉斯共和國經濟的援助和貢獻的一個例子是俄羅斯免費贈款1.5億美元,以及免除5億美元的公共債務。約有560家吉俄合資企業(yè)在吉爾吉斯斯坦運營,其中193家擁有100%的俄羅斯資本。中國則認為吉爾吉斯斯坦是擴大對外經濟活動的過境國;一個保護邊境地區(qū)和反對維吾爾分離主義的伙伴國家,也是一個可以開采黃金、銅、鐵和煤...
