工程項目采購管理的MBHN分析技術及應用

【摘要】：企業(yè)如何確定工程項目的采購集成部分,是項目管理規(guī)劃階段重要基礎工作。MBHN分析技術是一項分析確定工程項目需要采購部分的工具,通過對企業(yè)有無制造資格和自制還是采購的二維分析,企業(yè)可以清晰地劃分確定該工程項目自制部分和采購集成部分。應用實例說明了MBHN分析技術可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:How to determine the procurement integration part of the engineering project is an important basic work in the project management planning stage. MBHN analysis technology is a tool to analyze and determine the procurement part of the engineering project. Through the two-dimensional analysis of whether the enterprise has manufacturing qualification or not and whether it is self-made or not, the enterprise can clearly determine the self-made part and the procurement integration part of the project. An example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of MBHN analysis technique.
