【摘要】：我國城市的建設(shè)步伐隨著整個社會的發(fā)展變的越來越快。隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平的不斷提高,我國在城市化建設(shè)方面投入的成本也越來越大,我國居民對城市化建設(shè)的要求也越來越大,所以加快我國城市建設(shè)步伐是我國從政府到人民的共同目標(biāo)。這種發(fā)展形式能夠為我國居民提供更好的生活環(huán)境,但是同時也帶來了很多問題,由于資金的投入不斷加大,也出現(xiàn)了許多資源浪費的現(xiàn)象。目前許多地區(qū)采用的人工管理方式,在管理過程中存在不少缺點。首先就是效率問題,人工管理效率偏低；其次就是局限性,信息傳播存在局限性,所獲得的信息有限,容易錯過更加符合要求的項目。效率的低下和失誤都在一定程度上造成資源的浪費。除了以上幾點問題之外,人工管理的方式也給項目的監(jiān)督工作帶了和很多困難,人員在工作過程中,很難對項目進(jìn)行科學(xué)的監(jiān)督工作,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生浪費的現(xiàn)象,并且人工的管理方式很容易出現(xiàn)工作重復(fù)的現(xiàn)象,一件事情多個人同時進(jìn)行,最終得到的結(jié)果是一樣的,造成人工成本的浪費。綜上所述,建設(shè)一個信息化的管理系統(tǒng)對城市建設(shè)工作進(jìn)行管理是非常有必要的。中國城市建設(shè)研究院有限公司項目經(jīng)營管理系統(tǒng)研究的功能主要包括組織機構(gòu)管理功能,也就是對公司的工作機構(gòu)、人員進(jìn)行管理,如機構(gòu)代碼管理、部門信息管理、群組信息管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信息管理；招標(biāo)項目管理功能；投標(biāo)項目管理功能；項目跟蹤管理功能；項目分析管理功能。系統(tǒng)研究過程中主要使用了Java開發(fā)語言、B/S模式以及MVC設(shè)計模式,其中Java是一種簡單的、跨平臺的、面向?qū)ο蟮�、分布式的、健壯安全的、結(jié)構(gòu)中立的、性能優(yōu)異的、多線程的、動態(tài)的語言。通過中國城市建設(shè)研究院有限公司的研究可以對目前項目管理中存在的信息化工作不健全、容易出現(xiàn)錯誤等問題進(jìn)行緩解,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)提高項目經(jīng)營管理水平和效率的目的。

With the continuous improvement of our country's economic development level, the cost of our country's urbanization construction is also increasing, and the requirements of our country's residents for urbanization construction are also increasing. Therefore, speeding up the pace of urban construction is our common goal from the government to the people. This form of development can provide a better living environment for the residents of our country, but it also brings a lot of problems. Due to the increasing investment of funds, there are also a lot of waste of resources. At present, many areas adopt manual management, in the process of management there are many shortcomings. The first is efficiency, the efficiency of manual management is on the low side; the second is the limitation, the information dissemination is limited, the information obtained is limited, and it is easy to miss the items that meet the requirements more easily. The inefficiency and mistakes have caused the waste of resources to a certain extent. In addition to the above problems, the way of manual management also brings and many difficulties to the supervision of the project. In the process of work, it is very difficult for the personnel to carry out scientific supervision work on the project, thus creating a phenomenon of waste. And the way of labor management is easy to appear the phenomenon of duplication of work, one thing more than one person at the same time, the final result is the same, resulting in a waste of labor costs. To sum up, it is necessary to build an information management system for urban construction. The functions of the project management system research of the China Urban Construction Research Institute Limited Company mainly include the organizational management function, that is, the management of the company's working organizations and personnel, such as the organization code management, the department information management, Group information management, leadership information management; Bidding project management function; project tracking management function; project analysis management function. Java development language, B / S pattern and MVC design pattern are used in the system research. Java is a kind of simple, cross-platform, object-oriented, distributed, robust, structure-neutral and excellent performance. Multithreaded, dynamic language. Through the research of China Urban Construction Research Institute Co., Ltd, we can alleviate the problems such as imperfections and mistakes in the current project management, and then realize the purpose of improving the level and efficiency of project management.
