【摘要】：近幾年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展，金融業(yè)務(wù)也隨之不斷產(chǎn)生大量的新的業(yè)務(wù)，為了規(guī)范和管理金融領(lǐng)域，各省、市、縣、區(qū)都成立了金融管理辦公室，以市級金融管理辦公室為例其中按照金融管理的業(yè)務(wù)范圍下設(shè)招商引資管理科，固定資產(chǎn)金融管理科，小額貸款管理科，金融人員培訓(xùn)科，農(nóng)村用戶貸款管理科，金融業(yè)務(wù)監(jiān)察科，綜合科等科室，這些科室分別承擔著當?shù)氐恼猩桃Y資金及項目管理，固定資產(chǎn)管理，小額貸款管理，金融人員的培訓(xùn)及考試管理，當?shù)亟鹑跇I(yè)務(wù)的監(jiān)察監(jiān)管管理，金融辦的信息網(wǎng)站管理等工作，，這些工作管理事務(wù)繁重，而且精細量化，管理流程眾多而清晰，因此非常適合采用目前的現(xiàn)代電子信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的管理方式來進行管理，本人就是在一個市級的金融管理辦公室工作的，通過多年在金融辦的工作經(jīng)歷，對本單位各科室的工作業(yè)務(wù)非常了解，同時根據(jù)本單位的實際應(yīng)用需求結(jié)合自己軟件工程碩士所學(xué)知識認為設(shè)計《采用ASP.NET的金融辦綜合管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)》可以實現(xiàn)當?shù)亟鹑谵k綜合業(yè)務(wù)的電子信息化網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理。 本設(shè)計采用ASP.NET的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，各類用戶可以隨時隨地通過INTERNET或者INTRANET的方式進行登錄使用，使用操作方便快捷，更方便于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)用戶在外地公出時一樣可以使用本系統(tǒng)進行相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的審批操作，提高辦公效率，達到了流動辦公的效果。系統(tǒng)中各類用戶設(shè)置合理，權(quán)限劃分細致，所有業(yè)務(wù)流程劃分科學(xué)合理，各種統(tǒng)計功能設(shè)計完整，對全市的金融運行情況的匯總提供依據(jù)，對本市的金融發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供寶貴的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 本文中所研究的主要關(guān)鍵技術(shù)： 1、WEB下的二維碼生成技術(shù) 在本系統(tǒng)生成或打印的一些文件中自動生成二維碼，通過這些二維碼為以后的信息輸入工作帶來很多便利，輸入某些信息時只要掃描這些二維碼就可實現(xiàn)，二維碼也是近幾年來產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的一種技術(shù)，這種技術(shù)不同于過去的一維條碼，二維碼可以表達出更豐富的文本信息內(nèi)容，并通過調(diào)用插件的辦法實現(xiàn)了在WEB頁面中自動生成二維碼的功能。 2、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全技術(shù) 因為本系統(tǒng)是針對金融業(yè)務(wù)設(shè)計的網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)，因此這里的數(shù)據(jù)都很敏感和重要，出于安全性的考慮，對服務(wù)器的防火墻技術(shù)進行了研究和應(yīng)用，本設(shè)計中主要采用了ISASERVER軟件技術(shù)。 3、數(shù)據(jù)交換的XML文檔技術(shù) 由于本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常與上級部門的相關(guān)系統(tǒng)進行數(shù)據(jù)交流，對于上級系統(tǒng)可能采用的不是WINDOWS平臺，在本文中使用了目前普遍采用的XML文檔技術(shù)來實現(xiàn)這一要求。

Taking the municipal financial management office as an example, according to the scope of business of financial management, there are investment promotion management sections, fixed assets financial management sections, microfinance management sections, financial personnel training sections, rural user loan management sections, The Financial Business Supervision Section, the Comprehensive Branch and other departments are responsible for the management of local investment funds and projects, the management of fixed assets, the management of small loans, the training of financial personnel and the management of examinations. The supervision, supervision and management of local financial services, the management of information websites of the Financial Office, and so on, are heavy and detailed, and the management process is numerous and clear. Therefore, it is very suitable to adopt the current management mode of modern electronic information networking. I am working in a municipal financial management office, through many years of working experience in the financial office. Very familiar with the work business of the departments of our department, At the same time, according to the practical application needs of the unit and the knowledge learned by my master of software engineering, it is considered that the design of the "Financial Office Integrated Management Network system using ASP.NET" can realize the electronic information network management of the local financial office integrated business. This design adopts the B / S structure of ASP.NET, all kinds of users can log in by INTERNET or INTRANET at any time and anywhere, and the operation is convenient and quick. It is more convenient for leading users to use the system to examine and approve related business, improve office efficiency and achieve the effect of mobile office. All kinds of users in the system are reasonably set up, the authority is divided carefully, all business processes are divided scientifically and reasonably, and all kinds of statistical functions are designed completely, which provides the basis for the summary of the financial operation situation in the whole city. To the city's financial development plan to provide valuable basic data. The main key technologies studied in this paper are as follows: 1Two-dimensional code generation technology based on Web automatically generates two-dimensional code in some files generated or printed by the system. These QR codes bring a lot of convenience to the future information input work. When inputting some information, it can be realized by scanning the QR codes. The QR codes are also a technology that has been produced and developed in recent years. This technique is different from the one-dimensional barcode in the past. The two-dimensional code can express more abundant text information, and it can automatically generate the two-dimension code in the WEB page by calling the plug-in. 2, network security technology because this system is a network management system designed for financial business, so the data here are very sensitive and important, for the consideration of security, the firewall technology of the server has been studied and applied. This design mainly adopts ISASERVER software technology. 3. The XML document technology of data exchange, because this system often carries on the data exchange with the related system of the superior department, what may adopt for the superior system is not the WINDOWS platform, In this paper, XML document technology is widely used to achieve this requirement.
