【摘要】：城市供水是城市形成和發(fā)展不可或缺的物質(zhì)條件。供水設施的建設情況體現(xiàn)著城市城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展階段,同時也反映著城市政府的管理水平。目前我國正處于實施新型城鎮(zhèn)化、消費結(jié)構和生活質(zhì)量提級改造的發(fā)展階段,供水行業(yè)的服務和管理水平不同城市中仍有較大差距,且普遍與城市化的發(fā)展要求不匹配。通過對賀州市供水的現(xiàn)狀、問題進行分析,結(jié)合賀州市供水工程實際和發(fā)展方向利用SWOT分析方法對項目的規(guī)劃建設進行分析并將項目管理理論應用于規(guī)劃建設,提出項目管理的對策,對于解決當前賀州市供水基礎設施不足、供水行業(yè)難以發(fā)揮規(guī)模經(jīng)營、水源保護與水質(zhì)污染矛盾突出、供水水質(zhì)水量存在安全性問題等方面具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:Urban water supply is an indispensable material condition for the formation and development of a city. The construction of water supply facilities reflects the development stage of urbanization and the management level of city government. At present, China is in the developing stage of implementing new urbanization, consumption structure and quality of life upgrading. There is still a big gap between the service and management level of water supply industry in different cities, and the development requirements of urbanization are not matched generally. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of water supply in Hezhou City, combining with the actual situation and development direction of water supply project in Hezhou City, this paper analyzes the planning and construction of the project by using the method of SWOT analysis and applies the theory of project management to the planning and construction of the project. The countermeasures of project management are put forward to solve the shortage of water supply infrastructure in Hezhou City at present, the water supply industry is difficult to give full play to scale operation, and the contradiction between water source protection and water pollution is prominent. The safety problem of water quality and quantity has important theoretical and practical significance.
