南昆線電碼化改造工程施工項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:ZPW-2000電碼化是信號(hào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)備中一個(gè)重要的組成部分,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)站內(nèi)行車安全以及機(jī)車信號(hào)的發(fā)展起著重要作用。根據(jù)鐵路總公司要求,繁忙干線必須改造實(shí)現(xiàn)ZPW-2000電碼化。本文以南昆線那寧、田陽2站ZPW-2000電碼化改造工程為例,對(duì)既有鐵路ZPW-2000電碼化改造工程施工項(xiàng)目管理過程進(jìn)行了分析研究,主要圍繞施工項(xiàng)目管理的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、成本、環(huán)保水保等方面進(jìn)行過程控制,以實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的施工項(xiàng)目管理。本文首先闡述了ZPW-2000電碼化工程的相關(guān)概念和項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)理論,然后對(duì)南昆線那寧、田陽2站ZPW-2000電碼化改造工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了總體介紹。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從項(xiàng)目管理的多個(gè)核心方面——項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、成本、環(huán)保水保管理,探討了該鐵路施工項(xiàng)目中如何實(shí)施有效的項(xiàng)目管理工作,對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程實(shí)施有效的控制,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)施工總體目標(biāo)。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方面,在明確工期目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖和橫道圖的方法,確定出本項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵線路。然后提出組織各方面的保證措施,包括工期保證體系、組織結(jié)構(gòu)保證措施、組織保證措施、人員與材料保證措施和技術(shù)保證措施等,確保進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。此外,論文對(duì)施工項(xiàng)目管理的質(zhì)量、安全、成本等目標(biāo),也進(jìn)行詳細(xì)地分析,闡述了實(shí)現(xiàn)管理目標(biāo)的保證制度體系與具體保證措施。本研究以南昆線那寧、田陽2站ZPW-2000電碼化改造工程為例,詳細(xì)闡述了ZPW-2000電碼化改造工程項(xiàng)目的施工項(xiàng)目管理過程,這可以為其它鐵路施工企業(yè)提供關(guān)于施工項(xiàng)目管理的參考,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:ZPW-2000 coding is an important part of signal system equipment, which plays an important role in enhancing the safety of train and the development of locomotive signal. According to the request of the railway head office, the busy trunk line must be reformed to realize ZPW-2000 code. Taking the ZPW-2000 code transformation project of Nanning and Tianyang stations of Nan-Kun Line as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the construction project management process of the existing railway ZPW-2000 code transformation project, mainly focusing on the progress, quality and safety of the construction project management. Cost, environmental conservation and other aspects of process control to achieve effective construction project management. This paper first describes the related concepts of ZPW-2000 code engineering and the related theory of project management, and then introduces the transformation project of ZPW-2000 code at Nanning and Tianyang stations of Nan-Kun Line. On the basis of this, this paper discusses how to carry out effective project management in the railway construction project from several core aspects of project management-project schedule, quality, safety, cost, environmental protection and soil and water conservation management. Implement effective control of the project process in order to achieve the overall construction objectives. In the aspect of project schedule management, on the basis of defining the target of construction period, the key route of the project is determined by the method of network plan chart and horizontal track diagram. Then it puts forward the guarantee measures of every aspect of the organization, including the guarantee system of time limit, the guarantee measure of organization structure, the guarantee measure of organization, the guarantee measure of personnel and material, the technical guarantee measure, etc., to ensure the realization of the progress target. In addition, the paper also analyzes the quality, safety and cost of construction project management in detail, and expounds the system of guarantee system and the concrete guarantee measures to realize the management goal. Taking the ZPW-2000 code transformation project of Nanning and Tianyang stations in Nan-Kun Line as an example, the construction project management process of ZPW-2000 code transformation project is described in detail. It can provide reference for other railway construction enterprises about construction project management, and has certain reference value.
