X公司微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)麥克風(fēng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目可行性研究

【摘要】:可行性研究是所有項(xiàng)目在投資建設(shè)之前必不可少的重要環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)科學(xué)合理的方法,對(duì)其進(jìn)行可行性研究后,綜合分析論證,并最終做出決策,有助于企業(yè)在之后更加客觀、準(zhǔn)確地運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目,合理有效地利用資源,提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,并獲得預(yù)期收益。隨著智能移動(dòng)終端行業(yè)的迅速崛起,作為關(guān)鍵聲學(xué)部件的麥克風(fēng)行業(yè)也得到快速發(fā)展。微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)麥克風(fēng)具有體積小、功耗低、抗干擾度強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可廣泛應(yīng)用于智能手機(jī)、平板電腦、可穿戴式設(shè)備、智能家居等移動(dòng)終端,能顯著改善產(chǎn)品的聲學(xué)品質(zhì),未來(lái)市場(chǎng)前景廣闊。X公司是全球知名的微型電子元器件和解決方案供應(yīng)商,同時(shí)也是我國(guó)電子元件十強(qiáng)企業(yè)之一,具有業(yè)內(nèi)頂尖的研發(fā)技術(shù)以及生產(chǎn)、銷售能力。本文以X公司微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)麥克風(fēng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,按照項(xiàng)目可行性研究的方法,進(jìn)行分析論證,為公司的投資決策和項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了參考依據(jù)。本文首先闡述了微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)麥克風(fēng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的背景意義和項(xiàng)目可行性研究的相關(guān)研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,接著對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境未來(lái)發(fā)展空間進(jìn)行了分析預(yù)測(cè),然后介紹了本項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)方案和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施進(jìn)度,繼而在財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益層面對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)作了不確定性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性評(píng)估,最后得出X公司微機(jī)電系統(tǒng)麥克風(fēng)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目可行性研究的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Feasibility study is an essential link before investment and construction of all projects. Through scientific and reasonable methods, after carrying out feasibility study, comprehensive analysis and argumentation, and finally making decision, will help enterprises to be more objective in the future. Operate the project accurately, utilize resources reasonably and effectively, improve competitiveness, and obtain expected income. With the rapid rise of the intelligent mobile terminal industry, the microphone industry, as a key acoustic component, has also been developed rapidly. Microelectromechanical system microphones have the advantages of small size, low power consumption, strong anti-interference and so on. They can be widely used in mobile terminals such as smart phones, tablets, wearable devices, smart homes and so on, and can significantly improve the acoustical quality of products. X company is a global famous supplier of micro electronic components and solutions, and also one of the top ten electronic components enterprises in China, with the industry's top R & D technology and production and sales capabilities. In this paper, the microelectromechanical system microphone R & D project of X Company is taken as the research object, according to the project feasibility study method, the analysis and demonstration are carried out, which provides a reference for the investment decision and project operation of the company. In this paper, the background significance of the MEMS microphone R & D project and the related research and application status of the project feasibility study are described, and then the future development space of the market environment of the project is analyzed and forecasted. Then it introduces the technical scheme of the project and the progress of the project implementation, and then analyzes the project at the level of financial data and economic benefits, and makes the uncertainty and risk assessment at the same time. Finally, the conclusion of the feasibility study of the microphone R & D project of X company is obtained.
