【摘要】：鑒于需求側(cè)管理DSM(DemandSideManagement)能夠把節(jié)能、節(jié)電導(dǎo)入潛力巨大的能效市場,DSM在我國得到了廣泛的推廣和應(yīng)用。DSM項目管理系統(tǒng)是集DSM項目申報、管理和在線評估為一體的實時管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于動態(tài)服務(wù)器頁面ASP(ActiveServerPages)和結(jié)構(gòu)化查詢語言SQL(StructuredQueryLanguage)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),采用3層網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,支持多用戶、多進(jìn)程,能夠及時準(zhǔn)確地申報數(shù)據(jù)、管理數(shù)據(jù),并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)對DSM項目實施情況進(jìn)行在線技術(shù)評估,從而對DSM項目方便地申報和管理,也為項目進(jìn)一步實施提供評判依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that DSM (DemandSideManagement) can transfer energy saving and electricity saving into the energy efficiency market with great potential, DSM has been widely popularized and applied in our country. DSM project management system is a collection of DSM project declaration. Management and online evaluation as one of the real-time management system. The system is based on dynamic server page ASP (ActiveServerPages) and structured query language SQL (StructuredQueryLanguage) network technology, adopts three-layer network structure model, supports multi-user and multi-process, and can timely and accurately declare data and manage data. According to the data, the implementation of DSM project is evaluated online, so that the DSM project can be declared and managed conveniently, and the evaluation basis for the further implementation of the project is also provided.
