ZD-PDM中面向目標(biāo)的項(xiàng)目管理模型的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,傳統(tǒng)的組織管理方法已不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的要求.PDM 系統(tǒng)中的項(xiàng)目管理功能日益得到重視,但大多數(shù)現(xiàn)有PDM 系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目管理功能很弱,甚至沒有.文中針對(duì)這些情況,提出了一種面向目標(biāo)的項(xiàng)目管理方法,主要對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理中的資源約束、項(xiàng)目子任務(wù)的分解設(shè)計(jì)、項(xiàng)目子任務(wù)的規(guī)劃排序、項(xiàng)目子任務(wù)的運(yùn)行調(diào)度進(jìn)行,分別給出了面向子任務(wù)分解的層次分解方法、強(qiáng)分支搜索算法的任務(wù)流程圖自動(dòng)生成算法、受資源約束的動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)鍵路徑法,并在ZD-PDM 系統(tǒng)中予以實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in manufacturing industry, the traditional methods of organization and management can no longer meet the requirements of the market. The project management function in PDM system is paid more and more attention to, but the project management function of most existing PDM systems is very weak. In this paper, a goal-oriented project management method is proposed, which mainly deals with the resource constraints in project management, the decomposition and design of project sub-tasks, and the scheduling of project sub-tasks. This paper presents the hierarchical decomposition method for subtask decomposition, the task flow chart automatic generation algorithm of strong branch search algorithm, the dynamic critical path method which is constrained by resources. And it is realized in ZD-PDM system.
