【摘要】：隨著國家科技援疆計劃的全面展開,對科技援疆項目進行高效、科學(xué)的管理是相關(guān)管理部門迫切需要解決的問題,開發(fā)科技援疆項目信息管理系統(tǒng)是其中是重要手段之一。本項目針對新疆科技援疆項目管理工作需求,采用B/S架構(gòu),Visual studio2010為開發(fā)平臺,使用C#語言,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了自治區(qū)科技援疆項目信息采集管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要包括用戶登錄、用戶管理、單位管理、數(shù)據(jù)錄入、數(shù)據(jù)審核、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析及網(wǎng)站維護八個模塊�？蓪崿F(xiàn)各分配用戶錄入各項數(shù)據(jù),管理員審核數(shù)據(jù)的工作流,對各項數(shù)據(jù)進行查詢、統(tǒng)計、分析,生成多種形式的統(tǒng)計分析報表,將其中部分信息在網(wǎng)站發(fā)布。本系統(tǒng)有效地實現(xiàn)了項目承擔(dān)單位與項目管理單位的信息互通,可以使項目管理單位及時收集項目信息,并通過相關(guān)信息數(shù)據(jù)分析,為決策人分析科技援疆各方面的情況,為將來援疆工作提供決策依據(jù)。同時,管理機構(gòu)可掌握項目進展,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)項目實施中存在問題,合理協(xié)調(diào)項目資源,實現(xiàn)了從項目計劃、項目申報、項目評審、項目組織管理一體化的科技援疆項目管理系統(tǒng)平臺,有助于提高項目執(zhí)行者與管理者的工作效率。項目結(jié)合科技援疆計劃的政策精神來設(shè)計管理業(yè)務(wù)需求,使管理工作更加促進援建項目的發(fā)展,具有顯著的地方特色與創(chuàng)新性。

At the same time, the management organization can grasp the progress of the project, discover the problems in the implementation of the project in time, coordinate the project resources reasonably, and realize the project plan, the project declaration, the project review, The integration of project organization and management helps to improve the work efficiency of project executors and managers.
