【摘要】：本文通過介紹現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的組織模式和運(yùn)作特征,結(jié)合城市軌道交通項(xiàng)目在勘察設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)的財(cái)務(wù)管理特點(diǎn),提出了勘察設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)管理存在的問題及采取的措施。
[Abstract]:By introducing the organization mode and operation characteristics of modern project management and combining the characteristics of financial management of urban rail transit project in reconnaissance and design, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the project financial management of reconnaissance and design enterprises and the measures taken.
