濰坊市住房保障管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:With the improvement of urbanization level and the acceleration of urbanization, the demand for urban housing is increasing. According to the actual situation of the urbanization level of Weifang city and the housing security demand of Weifang city, for the low-income people in Weifang city, the housing demand is not guaranteed. To speed up the pace of urbanization in Weifang, we must solve the housing security, so Weifang is in urgent need of a comprehensive housing security management system for Weifang. The architecture of Weifang housing security management system is Browser/Server network structure (browser / server mode), using object-oriented programming language JAVA, and using MVC design pattern and Struts Spring Hibernate integrated open source framework. The system is divided into four layers: presentation layer, control layer, business layer and persistence layer. The presentation layer presents the information to the user conveniently, and the control layer is supported by Struts, which receives the illegal operation and request from the presentation layer and sends the processed request and operation to the service layer. The service layer is implemented by Spring, handles the function business logic and service verification, manages the dependence between business objects, and the persistence layer is supported and implemented by Hibernate, and adopts the advanced object relation mapping framework and JDBC technology to realize the illegal operation and request of users. The system adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2014. The functions of the system mainly include: low rent housing rental subsidy management including rent subsidy application, rent subsidy application approval form management, rent subsidy change management, distribution management and comprehensive inquiry, The change management function of rent subsidy includes adding change application, issuing management function includes rent issuing, searching release record, and rent reissuing; the management of physical distribution rent of low-rent housing includes the application of physical distribution of rent, and the application of adding change, The housing source management of physical rent allocation, the management of real rent distribution, the housing source management function of physical rent distribution includes the house source registration and the house source modification, and the rent allocation management includes two kinds: the shake-up rent management and the priority lease management; the comfortable housing management includes the item establishment management, the housing source registration, the comfortable housing management including the item registration, the housing source registration and so on. Purchase application and number allocation, project management includes adding project management and project schedule update, the project schedule update function includes adding new projects, selecting projects and adding new progress; The management of low-income households with difficulties includes questionnaire data input and statistical analysis. The functions of statistical analysis include exporting tables and printing tables; the statistical reports cover the monthly statistics on the security of low-rent housing, the statistics on the examination and approval of low-rent housing applications, and the statistics on the examination and approval of low-rent housing applications. Low-rent housing application registration statistics, real-rent rental source registration statistics and low-rent housing rental statistics. After the system is put into use, it provides a good technical support for the housing security management and development of Weifang, which makes the housing demand of low-income families in Weifang better guaranteed.
