【摘要】:自上個(gè)世紀(jì)60年代開始,軟件危機(jī)問題就一直困擾著軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)。現(xiàn)如今,信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展,各類信息化軟件如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn),大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算等技術(shù)嶄露鋒芒,然而,半個(gè)世紀(jì)前就出現(xiàn)的軟件危機(jī)問題仍然沒有得到徹底的解決。隨著信息化產(chǎn)業(yè)的日漸規(guī)范,軟件項(xiàng)目的管理已經(jīng)逐漸取代軟件技術(shù),成為決策者在軟件項(xiàng)目開發(fā)中最為重要的關(guān)注點(diǎn)。從軟件危機(jī)的概念問世以來,人們設(shè)計(jì)出了一系列管理上的辦法和體系來應(yīng)對其帶來的各種問題。自上個(gè)世紀(jì)90年代初,業(yè)內(nèi)誕生了一系列用于克服軟件危機(jī)所帶來問題的體系與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如CMM、IS09000、CMMI等,然而,模塊化的質(zhì)量管理需要龐大的管理體系作為支撐,對小企業(yè)和低成本項(xiàng)目來說,管理成本較高,會(huì)在一定程度上限制企業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合中科院某單位的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,描述并設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于線性規(guī)劃理論的軟件過程控制模型。利用軟件過程度量的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),針對項(xiàng)目階段面臨的實(shí)際工期超前于計(jì)劃工期和實(shí)際工期滯后于計(jì)劃工期的情況,以線性規(guī)劃理論為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行分析和建模,形成一套獨(dú)立的模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中的數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用LinDo6.1軟件進(jìn)行最優(yōu)解求解,對模型加以驗(yàn)證,目的在于尋找一種適用于小企業(yè)和低成本項(xiàng)目過程控制的方法,提高小企業(yè)和低成本項(xiàng)目過程控制和成本節(jié)約的能力。
[Abstract]:Since the 1960s, software crisis has been puzzling the software industry. Nowadays, with the rapid development of information industry, all kinds of information software are springing up, big data, cloud computing and other technologies are emerging. However, the software crisis that occurred half a century ago has not been solved thoroughly. With the increasing standardization of information industry, software project management has gradually replaced software technology and become the most important concern of decision makers in software project development. Since the concept of software crisis came out, people have designed a series of management methods and systems to deal with the various problems. Since the early 1990s, a series of systems and standards for overcoming the problems caused by the software crisis have emerged in the industry, such as CMMN IS09000 / CMMI, etc. However, modular quality management needs a huge management system to support it. For small enterprises and low-cost projects, high management costs will limit the development of enterprises to a certain extent. This paper describes and designs a software process control model based on linear programming theory. Based on the data of software process measurement, this paper analyzes and models the actual construction period which is ahead of the planned period and the actual time lag behind the planned period in the project stage, based on the linear programming theory. Forming a set of independent models and combining with the actual project data, using LinDo6.1 software to solve the optimal solution and verify the model. The purpose of this paper is to find a method for process control of small enterprises and low cost projects, the purpose of which is to find a suitable method for the process control of small enterprises and low-cost projects. Improve small business and low cost project process control and cost-saving capabilities.
