【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展普及,一方面企業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境更加復(fù)雜多變,需要管理會計及時、準確的提供決策信息;另一方面,信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展為管理會計的應(yīng)用創(chuàng)造了條件。因此探討管理會計信息化建設(shè)之路,不僅順應(yīng)管理會計快速發(fā)展之勢,加大了管理會計信息化的理論研究范圍,還有助于加速管理會計相關(guān)信息整合,提升企業(yè)管理會計信息化水平,從而同步發(fā)揮理論和實踐的效用。本文采用案例研究的方法對ZJ裝修公司管理會計信息化構(gòu)建問題進行了研究。在第一部分對建筑裝飾行業(yè)和ZJ裝修公司概況進行了簡介,并提出了ZJ裝修管理會計應(yīng)用中信息化存在的問題。之后在第二部分案例分析中對ZJ裝修公司管理會計信息化問題的原因和需求進行分析,從而提出管理會計信息化構(gòu)建的相關(guān)建議。本文在案例分析中,以系統(tǒng)論信息論和控制論、管理會計信息化理論以及流程再造理論作為指導(dǎo)思想,結(jié)合我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營特征,首先針對ZJ裝修公司基于項目管理、合同管理、發(fā)票稅務(wù)管理和資金管理方面存在的問題,分析管理會計信息化建設(shè)方面的需求,并給出管理建議。其次本文給出了ZJ裝修公司進行管理會計信息化建設(shè)的路徑,包括對軟件選型、建設(shè)流程、原則目標(biāo)以及提出了總體規(guī)劃分布實施的建設(shè)思路。最后,本文還對ZJ裝修公司管理會計信息化建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)模塊提出了方案設(shè)計,梳理了項目登記、合同管理、資金管理、發(fā)票稅務(wù)管理和供方管理的運行流程,并給出了在軟件系統(tǒng)上實現(xiàn)的方案。期望以上探討對管理會計信息化在企業(yè)的實踐尤其是建筑裝飾企業(yè)有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of information technology, on the one hand, the business environment of enterprises is more complex and changeable, which requires timely and accurate decision-making information of management accounting; on the other hand, the development of information technology has created conditions for the application of management accounting. Therefore, to probe into the construction of management accounting information not only conforms to the trend of rapid development of management accounting, enlarges the scope of theoretical research on management accounting informatization, but also helps to accelerate the integration of relevant information of management accounting. Improve the level of enterprise management accounting information, so as to play a simultaneous role in theory and practice. This paper uses the method of case study to study the construction of management accounting informatization in ZJ decoration company. In the first part, the general situation of architectural decoration industry and ZJ decoration company is introduced, and the problems of informatization in accounting application of ZJ decoration management are put forward. Then in the second part of the case analysis of the ZJ decoration company management accounting information problems and needs of analysis, and then put forward the construction of management accounting information proposals. In the case analysis, this paper takes the information theory of system theory and cybernetics, the information theory of management accounting and the theory of process reengineering as the guiding ideology, combined with the present situation of construction decoration industry and the characteristics of production and management in our country. Aiming at the problems existing in ZJ decoration company based on project management, contract management, invoice tax management and fund management, this paper analyzes the requirements of information construction of management accounting, and gives some management suggestions. Secondly, this paper gives the path of ZJ decoration company to build management accounting information, including software selection, construction process, principle and objectives, and put forward the overall planning and distribution of the implementation of the construction ideas. Finally, this paper also puts forward the scheme design to the basic module of ZJ decoration company management accounting information construction, combing the operation flow of project registration, contract management, fund management, invoice tax management and supplier management. The implementation scheme on the software system is also given. It is expected that the above discussion will be helpful to the practice of management accounting information in enterprises, especially architectural decoration enterprises.
