【摘要】：機(jī)電項(xiàng)目管理是多階段、多環(huán)節(jié)和多管理對象的管理。項(xiàng)目管理的效果貫穿于項(xiàng)目管理的全過程，各階段互相銜接，環(huán)環(huán)相扣，，而只有整個(gè)機(jī)電項(xiàng)目管理的全過程都良好，才會(huì)產(chǎn)生好的結(jié)果。項(xiàng)目業(yè)主必須正確處理好土建工程與機(jī)電工程的關(guān)系，要以土建保機(jī)電，以機(jī)電出效益。成套管理是搞好機(jī)電項(xiàng)目管理的保證，前期要積極參與設(shè)備技術(shù)條件和商務(wù)談判、合同簽訂；項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中還要抓好設(shè)備監(jiān)造、出廠驗(yàn)收、發(fā)貨、運(yùn)輸、開箱檢驗(yàn)以及廠家技術(shù)圖紙的供應(yīng)，技術(shù)人員的現(xiàn)場服務(wù)等。做好運(yùn)行人員的培訓(xùn)，使運(yùn)行人員了解設(shè)備、熟悉設(shè)備，才能保證將來的運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Electromechanical project management is a multi-stage, multi-link and multi-management object management. The effect of project management runs through the whole process of project management, each stage is connected with each other, and only when the whole process of electromechanical project management is good, can good results be produced. The owner of the project must correctly handle the relationship between civil engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering. Complete sets of management are the guarantee to do a good job in the management of mechanical and electrical projects. In the early stage, they should actively participate in the technical conditions of equipment and commercial negotiations and sign contracts. During the implementation of the project, they should also do a good job in equipment supervision, factory acceptance, delivery, transportation, Open-box inspection and manufacturer's technical drawings supply, technical staff site service and so on. Train operators to understand equipment and familiarize them with equipment to ensure future operation.
