熱源廠項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:城市集中供熱是現(xiàn)代化城市能源建設(shè)的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,是一座城市文明程度和發(fā)達(dá)程度的標(biāo)志之一。集中供熱不僅能夠提高能源利用率,節(jié)約能源,而且對(duì)于改善大氣環(huán)境有著重要的意義。國(guó)家“十二五規(guī)劃”提出了節(jié)能減排的約束性目標(biāo),城市集中供熱符合國(guó)家政策要求,既能帶來(lái)良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,還能改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量,因此該行業(yè)的發(fā)展得到了國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的重點(diǎn)支持。在這種研究背景下,本文以洛陽(yáng)市新區(qū)調(diào)峰熱源廠新建的三臺(tái)75噸鏈條爐排燃煤蒸汽鍋爐項(xiàng)目在實(shí)際建設(shè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及經(jīng)驗(yàn)為研究基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖進(jìn)度管理技術(shù),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在鍋爐工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程展開(kāi)了分析研究。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中對(duì)各階段進(jìn)展程度和項(xiàng)目最終完成所需期限而進(jìn)行的管理。熱源廠項(xiàng)目由于沒(méi)有使用科學(xué)有效的項(xiàng)目管理方法,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)各種問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目沒(méi)有按期完成。本文利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖技術(shù)對(duì)熱源廠項(xiàng)目的具體工作進(jìn)行了項(xiàng)目工序分解,然后通過(guò)計(jì)算各項(xiàng)工作的時(shí)間參數(shù),并結(jié)合總的目標(biāo)工期制定了新的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,找到了關(guān)鍵路線,建立了滿(mǎn)足項(xiàng)目總工期要求的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖模型,并予以?xún)?yōu)化。研究證明,復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目,特別是大型基建項(xiàng)目運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖進(jìn)度管理技術(shù)進(jìn)行管理是行之有效的。熱源廠的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后,不僅項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度滯后的問(wèn)題得到了解決,而且人力、物力資源得到了合理的配置和利用。工期上可以避免項(xiàng)目后來(lái)延期交工的局面,可以格外節(jié)省61天的項(xiàng)目總工期;資源配置方面,通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的優(yōu)化也能節(jié)約不少資源的投入。因此,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃通過(guò)運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖技術(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,不僅項(xiàng)目工期得以縮短,項(xiàng)目資源的配置也得到了優(yōu)化,項(xiàng)目各工作、各專(zhuān)業(yè)間的相互關(guān)系和聯(lián)系也得以明確梳理。
[Abstract]:Urban central heating is an important infrastructure of modern urban energy construction, and it is one of the symbols of the degree of civilization and development of a city. Central heating can not only improve energy efficiency, save energy, but also improve the atmospheric environment. The 12th Five-Year Plan of the State has set out binding targets for energy conservation and emission reduction. Central heating in cities conforms to the requirements of the national policy. It can bring good economic and social benefits as well as improve the quality of the environment. Therefore, the development of the industry has been the focus of national industrial policy support. Under this kind of research background, based on the existing problems and experiences in the actual construction of three newly built 75-ton chain furnace coal-fired steam boilers in Luoyang New District peak-shaving heat source plant, this paper applies the network chart schedule management technology. The practical application process of project schedule management in boiler engineering construction project is analyzed and studied. Project schedule management is the management of the progress of each stage and the deadline for the final completion of the project during the implementation of the project. Due to the lack of scientific and effective project management methods, there are various problems in the construction process of the heat source plant project, which leads to the project not being completed on schedule. This paper makes use of the network diagram technology to decompose the concrete work of the heat source plant project, then calculates the time parameter of each work, and makes a new project schedule according to the total target duration, and finds out the key route. The network model of schedule plan is established and optimized. It is proved that the management of complex projects, especially large capital construction projects, using network chart schedule management technology is effective. The project schedule of heat source plant has been optimized by network graph technology, not only the problem of lagging project progress has been solved, but also the human and material resources have been reasonably allocated and utilized. In the aspect of time limit, the project can be delayed and the total time limit of the project can be saved especially. In the aspect of resource allocation, a lot of resources can be saved through the optimization of network diagram. Therefore, the project schedule is optimized by using network graph technology, not only the project duration can be shortened, the allocation of project resources has also been optimized.
