【摘要】：針對當前醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)運行維護所遇到的問題,結(jié)合醫(yī)院信息技術(shù)部門所做的日常工作,總結(jié)遇到的問題以及發(fā)展瓶頸,利用信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)庫理念的核心,即將信息技術(shù)與業(yè)務相結(jié)合使其系統(tǒng)化、流程化,研究設(shè)計一套基于信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)庫理念的醫(yī)院信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行維護管理模式,將維護人員從平日被動的救火模式轉(zhuǎn)換成一個將日常業(yè)務、項目管理、服務提供變?yōu)樽詣踊�、�?guī)范化的管理模式,從而實現(xiàn)精細化管理。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the hospital information system at present, combined with the daily work done by the hospital information technology department, the problems encountered and the bottleneck of development are summarized, and the core of the concept of the information technology infrastructure library is used. This paper studies and designs a set of hospital information network operation and maintenance management model based on the concept of information technology infrastructure library to systematize and process information technology and business. The maintenance personnel are transformed from passive fire fighting mode to a management mode that turns routine business, project management and service provision into automation and standardization, so as to realize fine management.
