【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟改革不斷深入,我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生了極大的轉(zhuǎn)變,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中工業(yè)發(fā)展過程占據(jù)了極大的發(fā)展比重。鍋爐行業(yè)作為工業(yè)中的一個新興發(fā)展起來的行業(yè),在實際發(fā)展過程中開始不斷體現(xiàn)其巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。隨著工業(yè)鍋爐行業(yè)發(fā)展市場的不斷擴大,社會各界開始廣泛關(guān)注,也有越來越多的企業(yè)加入了這一行業(yè)的競爭,使得整個行業(yè)的競爭也十分激烈。本文結(jié)合相關(guān)的我國目前的鍋爐行業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和研究背景展開論述分析,從鍋爐行業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目入手研究,對鍋爐企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中所可能遇見的各類風(fēng)險進行理論研究,并結(jié)合相關(guān)的風(fēng)險管理辦法進行研究。對風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)的管理辦法進行初步的分析,并深入分析鍋爐企業(yè)在風(fēng)險識別當(dāng)中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循的原則以及使用的手段方法,并對企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)項目進行準(zhǔn)確的風(fēng)險評估以及提出恰當(dāng)?shù)娘L(fēng)險管理機制,合理的規(guī)避風(fēng)險、降低風(fēng)險,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的高效發(fā)展運行。另一方面,通過理論研究分析風(fēng)險識別方式,并從財務(wù)、技術(shù)、人力資源、企業(yè)運營以及市場等幾個方面展開研究HG鍋爐公司在新產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)中的風(fēng)險識別。最后,通過建立恰當(dāng)?shù)娘L(fēng)險管理模型應(yīng)用到HG鍋爐公司的新產(chǎn)品項目開發(fā)過程中去,通過風(fēng)險層次結(jié)構(gòu)的分析以及風(fēng)險評估模型的計算,來有效的降低企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的風(fēng)險、防范風(fēng)險、規(guī)避風(fēng)險,提高企業(yè)的競爭實力,將HG鍋爐公司發(fā)展成為更為全面、綜合的鍋爐企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy and the deepening of economic reform, the industrial development structure of our country has also undergone a great transformation, and the industrial development process occupies a great proportion of the development in the process of China's economic development. Boiler industry as a new industry developed in the process of practical development began to reflect its huge development potential. With the continuous expansion of the industrial boiler industry development market, the community began to pay more and more attention to it, and more enterprises joined the competition in this industry, which made the competition of the whole industry very fierce. In this paper, the development and research background of boiler industry in China are discussed and analyzed, and the new product development project of boiler industry is studied. This paper makes a theoretical study on various kinds of risks that may be encountered in the development of new products in boiler enterprises, and studies the related risk management methods. The present situation of risk management and related management methods are analyzed preliminarily, and the principles and methods to be followed by boiler enterprises in risk identification are analyzed in depth. And the enterprise new product development project carries on the accurate risk appraisal and proposes the appropriate risk management mechanism, reasonable evades the risk, reduces the risk, realizes the enterprise's high efficiency development and operation. On the other hand, through theoretical research and analysis of risk identification methods, and from the financial, technical, human resources, business operations and market and other aspects of the HG boiler company in the development of new product project risk identification. Finally, through the establishment of appropriate risk management model applied to the HG boiler company's new product project development process, through the risk hierarchy structure analysis and risk assessment model calculation, To effectively reduce the risk in the process of enterprise new product development, prevent risk, avoid risk, improve the competitive strength of the enterprise, and develop HG boiler company into a more comprehensive and comprehensive boiler enterprise.
